A \u0161ikovn\u00e1 A\u010fka vy\u0161perkovala tento recept,\u00a0obohatila ho o r\u00f4zne pr\u00edchute ( bylinky, cesnak, semienka) a najviac ma pote\u0161ila \u00faprava s ovoc\u00edm a \u010dokol\u00e1dou.<br \/>\nAj po pridan\u00ed ovocia a \u010dokol\u00e1dy je to st\u00e1le poh\u00e1nkov\u00fd chleb\u00edk, nie je sladk\u00fd ako kol\u00e1\u010d, m\u00e1 len jemn\u00fa sladk\u00fa\u00a0pr\u00edchu\u0165 a to d\u00e1va mo\u017enos\u0165 na obohatenie jed\u00e1lni\u010dka. Chut\u00ed k bielej k\u00e1vi\u010dke, ale aj s tvarohom a zrnie\u010dkami\u00a0gran\u00e1tov\u00e9ho jablka je skvel\u00fd.<br \/>\nVer\u00edm, \u017ee si vymysl\u00edte ve\u013ea kombin\u00e1ci\u00ed a te\u0161\u00edm sa na fotografie v\u00e1\u0161ho sladk\u00e9ho\u00a0chleb\u00edka.<br \/>\n<em><strong>Budete potrebova\u0165:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>500 g poh\u00e1nkovej m\u00faky ( doporu\u010dujem BIO DM)<\/li>\n<li>12 g psylia<\/li>\n<li>3 polievkov\u00e9 ly\u017eice trstinov\u00e9ho ( kokosov\u00e9ho ) cukru<\/li>\n<li>1 \u010dajov\u00e1 ly\u017ei\u010dky soli<\/li>\n<li>100 g vla\u0161sk\u00fdch orechov ( alebo pod\u013ea va\u0161ej vo\u013eby)<\/li>\n<li>100 g su\u0161en\u00e9ho ovocia ( marhule, brusnice, goji&#8230;)<\/li>\n<li>100 g kvalitnej \u010dokol\u00e1dy<\/li>\n<li>1 liter vla\u017enej vody<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><strong>Postup:<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\nDo misy vsypte m\u00faky, psylium, cukor, so\u013e premie\u0161ajte, pridajte nakr\u00e1jan\u00e9 umyt\u00e9 su\u0161en\u00e9 ovocie, nasekan\u00e9 orechy.<br \/>\nOrechy je dobr\u00e9 aspo\u0148 <a href=\"http:\/\/akosiuvaritzdravie.sk\/?p=2835\">na p\u00e1r hod\u00edn namo\u010di\u0165<\/a>.<br \/>\nDo zmesi prid\u00e1vajte postupne vodu a premie\u0161avajte. Na z\u00e1ver pridajte nasekan\u00fa \u010dokol\u00e1du.<br \/>\nVypracujte cesto aspo\u0148 \u00a07-10 min\u00fat .
