{"id":940,"date":"2017-02-03T21:14:38","date_gmt":"2017-02-03T19:14:38","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.jarkapecie.sk\/?p=940"},"modified":"2021-01-06T19:12:43","modified_gmt":"2021-01-06T17:12:43","slug":"pecene-fasiangove-fanky","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.jarkapecie.sk\/?p=940","title":{"rendered":"Pe\u010den\u00e9 fa\u0161iangov\u00e9 f\u00e1nky"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Najzn\u00e1mej\u0161ie fa\u0161iangov\u00e9 pe\u010divo u n\u00e1s s\u00fa vypr\u00e1\u017ean\u00e9 \u0161i\u0161ky so slivkov\u00fdm lekv\u00e1rom a po nich nasleduj\u00fa f\u00e1nky (bo\u017eie milosti).<br \/>\nMoja mama m\u00e1 meniny vo fa\u0161iangovom \u010dase a je rodinnou trad\u00edciou, \u017ee sa z\u00eddeme na jej fantastick\u00e9 \u0161i\u0161ky s lekv\u00e1rom a prizdoben\u00e9 aj \u0161\u013eaha\u010dkou \ud83d\ude42<br \/>\nCel\u00e1 proced\u00fara trvala v\u017edy od skor\u00e9ho r\u00e1na v sobotu, ke\u010f vymiesila rukou jemn\u00e9 vo\u0148av\u00e9\u00a0cesto a ke\u010f u\u017e &#8222;h\u00e1dzalo&#8220; bublinky a bolo pekn\u00e9 leskl\u00e9 prikryla ho utierkou a spokojne kyslo.<br \/>\nZ vykysnut\u00e9ho vykrajovala poh\u00e1rikom\u00a0mal\u00e9 \u0161i\u0161ti\u010dky, e\u0161te ich nechala raz podkysn\u00fa\u0165 a pred vhoden\u00edm do hor\u00faceho oleja urobila dierku, aby sa mal kde da\u0165 lekv\u00e1r.<br \/>\nMamine \u0161i\u0161ky mali v\u017edy kr\u00e1sny p\u00e1sik v prostriedku. Z tejto trad\u00edcie sme rokmi u\u017e upustili a ja som za\u010dala piec\u0165 aj od\u013eah\u010den\u00e9\u00a0formy tradi\u010dn\u00fdch kol\u00e1\u010dov a dokonca aj bezlepkov\u00e9 \u0161i\u0161ky z r\u00fary (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.jarkapecie.sk\/?p=295\">http:\/\/www.jarkapecie.sk\/?p=295<\/a>) chutili ka\u017ed\u00e9mu.<br \/>\nNed\u00e1vno som si spomenula na f\u00e1nky, ktor\u00e9 sme tie\u017e ob\u010das robili, ale tie\u017e vypr\u00e1\u017ean\u00e9. V\u010faka \u0161ikovn\u00e9mu vyh\u013ead\u00e1va\u010du som na\u0161la\u00a0mno\u017estvo receptov na f\u00e1nky pe\u010den\u00e9 v r\u00fare, tak som ich upiekla a hne\u010f na ochutn\u00e1vku doniesla na n\u00e1\u0161 workshop, ktor\u00fd sme robili koncom janu\u00e1ra v Kreat\u00edvnom klube Luna v Bratislave.<br \/>\nF\u00e1nky zmizli\u00a0zo stola r\u00fdchlos\u0165ou vetra a ve\u013emi chutili. Piekla som ich z hladkej \u0161paldovej m\u00faky a dnes som \u00a0skombinovala v pomere 1:1 z celozrnnou<br \/>\n\u0161paldovou m\u00fakou a s\u00fa chutn\u00e9. Bude sa trochu lepi\u0165, d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 je aby ste zapracovali smotanu a maslo do m\u00faky.<br \/>\nCesto zaba\u013ete do f\u00f3lie a v chlade nechajte minim\u00e1lne 3 hodiny. Ja som ho pripravovala de\u0148 vopred.<br \/>\nPred rozva\u013ekan\u00edm si cesto dajte\u00a0do kuchyne, aby nebolo pr\u00edli\u0161 tuh\u00e9. Cesto rozva\u013ekajte na pom\u00fa\u010denej doske \u00a0na tenko 2-3 mm a radielkom si nakr\u00e1jajte obd\u013a\u017eni\u010dky, alebo koso\u0161tvorce.<br \/>\nV jednotliv\u00fdch k\u00faskoch v strede radielkom urobte p\u00e1r z\u00e1rezov.<br \/>\nNa plech si polo\u017ete papier na pe\u010denie, pockrujte ho mlet\u00fdm cukrom a poukladajte jednotliv\u00e9 k\u00fasky.
