V\u0161etky mi chutili,\u00a0lebo sa ned\u00e1 porovn\u00e1va\u0165 chu\u0165 a konzistencia doma pe\u010den\u00e9ho chleb\u00edka, ale to zist\u00edte po prvom bochn\u00edku. A verte, nemus\u00ed by\u0165 perfektn\u00fd,\u00a0sta\u010d\u00ed \u017ee bude v\u00e1\u0161 a prax uk\u00e1\u017ee ako rozviniete svoje schopnosti. Vhodn\u00e1 je prieh\u013eadn\u00e1 n\u00e1doba, aby ste videli \u00a0\u010di sa kv\u00e1sok zdvojn\u00e1sobil.<br \/>\nJa som nechala ve\u010der kv\u00e1sok na kuchynskej linke a r\u00e1no so pokra\u010dovala s pe\u010den\u00edm.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00edprava cesta:<br \/>\n<\/strong>Obe m\u00faky preosejte do v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ej misy, pridajte so\u013e a semienka.<br \/>\nZ pripraven\u00e9ho kv\u00e1sku si odlo\u017ete jednu ly\u017eicu do \u010distej n\u00e1doby na \u010fal\u0161ie pe\u010denie. Do zbytku pridajte vla\u017en\u00e9 pivo a med a d\u00f4kladne premie\u0161ajte.<br \/>\nTekut\u00fa zmes nalejte k m\u00fake a premie\u0161ajte , aby ste vytvorili \u00a0kompaktn\u00fa hmotu, ale cesto nepotrebujete hnies\u0165,tak ako pri pr\u00edprave\u00a0kysnut\u00e9ho cesta.<br \/>\nFormu na pe\u010denie m\u00f4\u017eete natrie\u0165 tukom ( maslo, mas\u0165..olej), ja som ju vylo\u017eila papierom na pe\u010denie. Prelo\u017ete cesto do formy a zarovnajte povrch.<br \/>\nCel\u00fa formu prekryte igelitom( potrite si ho olejom , aby sa v\u00e1m pri vykysnut\u00ed neprilepilo na\u0148 cesto) a nechajte pri izbovej teplote kysn\u00fa\u0165.<br \/>\nKysnutie trv\u00e1 \u00a03 -4 hodiny &#8211; pod\u013ea teploty v miestnosti. Ak chcete necha\u0165 kysn\u00fa\u0165 chlieb cez noc v chladni\u010dke vlo\u017ete ho tam ve\u010der a r\u00e1no\u00a0ho pred pe\u010den\u00edm aspo\u0148 jednu hodinu vyberte, aby sa rozkyslo.<br \/>\nCesto nakysne k\u00fasok nad formu, po vykysnut\u00ed ho postriekajte vodou a posypte semienkami pod\u013ea chuti. Semienka jemne rukou pritla\u010dte.<br \/>\nNahrejte si r\u00faru na 250\u00b0C a vlo\u017ete formu na 10 min\u00fat pri tejto teplote, potom zn\u00ed\u017ete teplotu na 200 C a pe\u010dte 50 min\u00fat.<br \/>\n10 min\u00fat pred dope\u010den\u00edm vyberte chleb\u00edk z formy a nechajte ho dopiec\u0165.<br \/>\nChleb\u00edk vylo\u017ete na mrie\u017eku prikryte ho utierkou a nechajte dobre vychladn\u00fa\u0165.
