Dolky mama robila s dro\u017ed\u00edm a jedli sme ich naj\u010dastej\u0161ie natret\u00e9 s d\u017eemom a posypan\u00e9 tvarohom a cukrom.<br \/>\nV s\u00fa\u010dasnosti sa mno\u017eia recepty na lievance k ra\u0148ajk\u00e1m v oboch variantoch &#8211; s dro\u017ed\u00edm a aj s kv\u00e1skom.<br \/>\nTie s dro\u017ed\u00edm ja u\u017e nemus\u00edm, ich tr\u00e1venie nefunguje u m\u0148a dobre a tak som sa rozhodla urobi\u0165 si kv\u00e1skov\u00e9. M\u00f4j ra\u017en\u00fd kv\u00e1sok je ve\u013emi akt\u00edvny a tak som v klasickom\u00a0recepte vymenila dro\u017edie za kv\u00e1sok a skombinovala som aj m\u00faky.<br \/>\nM\u00e1m rada poh\u00e1nkov\u00fa m\u00faku a \u0161paldov\u00fa hladk\u00fa pou\u017e\u00edvam pri pr\u00edprave\u00a0jemnej\u0161ieho \u00a0pe\u010diva. M\u00faku preosejte, pridajte do nej so\u013e a postupne ju zapracujte do tekutej zmesi. Pridajte nastr\u00fahan\u00fa bio citr\u00f3nov\u00fa k\u00f4ru a zbytok tekutiny.<br \/>\nCesto by malo by\u0165 trochu hustej\u0161ie\u00a0ako palacinkov\u00e9. Misu zakryte f\u00f3liou a nechajte kysn\u00fa\u0165.\u00a0Ak sa rozhodnete pod\u00e1va\u0165 lievance na ra\u0148ajky, pripravte si cesto ve\u010der a nechajte ho zakryt\u00e9\u00a0f\u00f3liou na kuchynskej linke, ak budete robi\u0165 lievance k obed urobte si cesto r\u00e1no a nechajte ho p\u00e1r hod\u00edn kysn\u00fa\u0165.<br \/>\nPo vykysnut\u00ed pe\u010dte lievance na panvici, v ktorej ste rozohriali trochu prepusten\u00e9ho masla ghee, alebo oleja.
