S\u00fa krehk\u00e9, vo\u0148av\u00e9, orechov\u00e9,\u00a0alebo mand\u013eov\u00e9\u00a0a obalen\u00e9 cukrom.<br \/>V s\u00fa\u010dasnosti sa v\u0161etci sna\u017e\u00edme tvori\u0165 a piec\u0165 pod\u013ea tzv. zdrav\u00fdch receptov bez v\u00fd\u010ditiek. Je to m\u00f3dna vlna a nezachyt\u00e1va podstatu, tak ako vlastne v\u0161etky m\u00f3dne vlny a di\u00e9ty.<br \/>Aj ja po\u017e\u00edvam pri pe\u010den\u00ed prav\u00e9 maslo (to som robila aj predt\u00fdm, lebo margar\u00edn mi nechutil a p\u00e1chol),\u00a0kde sa d\u00e1 pou\u017eijem trstinov\u00fd cukor, ktor\u00fd si aj meliem na pr\u00e1\u0161kov\u00fd ( jednoducho v k\u00e1vovom mlyn\u010deku)\u00a0a zni\u017eujem v\u017edy o tretinu d\u00e1vku cukru. Ale moje vanilkov\u00e9 ro\u017eteky oba\u013eujem pr\u00e1\u0161kov\u00fd cukrom a bez v\u00fd\u010ditiek ich pon\u00fakam mojim rodinn\u00fdm pr\u00edslu\u0161n\u00edkom a hos\u0165om.<br \/>Som presved\u010den\u00e1, \u017ee cukor nie je jed. Keby tak bolo,\u00a0d\u00e1vali by sme si ozaj v\u00e4\u010d\u0161\u00ed pozor pri nakupovan\u00ed a nek\u0155mili by sme hlavne deti sladkos\u0165ami z obchodov.\u00a0Kto by u\u017e chcel papa\u0165 jed \ud83d\ude41<br \/>Nepropagujem konzum sladkost\u00ed a preto si upe\u010diem sama doma, do mikul\u00e1\u0161skeho bal\u00ed\u010dka\u00a0si dok\u00e1\u017eem predstavi\u0165 aj in\u00e9 drobnosti ako sladk\u00e9 keksy a pseudo\u010dokol\u00e1dy&#8230; chce to trochu fant\u00e1zie.<br \/>Probl\u00e9m v konzum\u00e1cii cukru a tuku je v ich mno\u017estve a kombin\u00e1ci\u00e1ch. Sme pe\u010divov\u00fd n\u00e1rod a konzum\u00a0sladk\u00e9ho kupovan\u00e9ho pe\u010diva je obrovsk\u00fd, rovnako ako r\u00f4znych \u00a0keksov v p\u00fatav\u00fdch obaloch.<br \/>Vianoce nemusia by\u0165 zaplaven\u00e9 20-timi druhmi pe\u010diva, ale upiec\u0165 si doma s l\u00e1skou a rados\u0165ou\u00a03-4 druhy ob\u013e\u00faben\u00e9ho pe\u010diva v men\u0161om mno\u017estve (nie trojit\u00e9 d\u00e1vky) a dopria\u0165 si po\u010das troch dn\u00ed\u00a0sviatkov p\u00e1r k\u00faskov nikomu nesp\u00f4sob\u00ed 10 kg nadv\u00e1hy.<br \/>Hor\u0161ie je ak konzumujeme tieto sladkosti cel\u00fd\u00a0december a potom v janu\u00e1ri dojed\u00e1me, \u010do ostalo.<\/p>\n<p>A tak dnes tu m\u00e1m pre v\u00e1s, m\u00f4j recept na vanilkov\u00e9 ro\u017eteky. Spracujte\u00a0drobenkov\u00e9 cesto, pridajte mlet\u00e9 orechy, vanilkov\u00fd extrakt a vaje\u010dn\u00e9 \u017e\u013atky.
