Nie je to chyba pe\u010denia, brownie je jednoducho\u00a0tak\u00e9 a vzniknut\u00fa priehlbinku vypln\u00edte mascarpone kr\u00e9mom.<br \/>\nNa ozdoby som pou\u017eila mal\u00e9 sladk\u00e9 figy, p\u00e1r zrniek gran\u00e1tov\u00e9ho jablka a \u017elt\u00e9 guli\u010dky physalisu.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Na pr\u00edpravu budete potrebova\u0165:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>250 g masla<\/li>\n<li>150 g horkej kvalitnej \u010dokol\u00e1dy<\/li>\n<li>250 g ga\u0161tanov\u00e9ho pyr\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>4 vajcia<\/li>\n<li>80 g trstinov\u00e9ho cukru<\/li>\n<li>2 polievkov\u00e9 ly\u017eice rumu<\/li>\n<li>60 ml \u0161\u013eaha\u010dky<\/li>\n<li>250 g mascarpone<\/li>\n<li>100 g hustej kyslej smotany<\/li>\n<li>ovocie na ozdobu pod\u013ea v\u00fdberu<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><strong>Postup:<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\nMaslo a hork\u00fa \u010dokol\u00e1du roztopte vo vodnom k\u00fapeli a nechajte mierne vychladn\u00fa\u0165. N\u00e1doba s maslom\u00a0a \u010dokol\u00e1dou sa nesmie dot\u00fdka\u0165 vodnej hladiny pri zohrievan\u00ed .<br \/>\nZ vaje\u010dn\u00fdch bielkov a \u0161tipky soli vy\u0161\u013eahajte tuh\u00fd sneh. Vaje\u010dn\u00e9 \u017e\u013atky s cukrom vy\u0161\u013eahajte mix\u00e9rom\u00a0do peny. Ga\u0161tanov\u00e9 pyr\u00e9 (s cukrom) vymie\u0161ajte s rumom a smotanou a pridajte ho do \u017e\u013atkovej hmoty.<br \/>\nPotom pridajte \u010dokol\u00e1dov\u00fa zmes, dobre premie\u0161ajte (ne\u0161\u013eahajte) a na z\u00e1ver po \u010dastiach z\u013eahka vmie\u0161ajte\u00a0sneh z vaje\u010dn\u00fdch bielkov.<br \/>\nCesto dajte do tortovej formy, na dno ktorej ste dali papier na pe\u010denie.<br \/>\nPe\u010dte pri teplote 170\u00b0C cca. 45 min\u00fat. Brownie nechajte vychladi\u0165 aspo\u0148 pol hodinu v r\u00fare pri otvoren\u00fdch\u00a0dvierkach.
