Klasick\u00fd slivkov\u00fd kol\u00e1\u010d s makom na tenkom kysnutom ceste ostane jedni\u010dkou, ale s\u00fa vari\u00e1cie, ktor\u00fdm sa ja v\u017edy pote\u0161\u00edm. Kol\u00e1\u010d je s kysnut\u00e9ho cesta, ale jeho pr\u00edprava je tak jednoduch\u00e1, \u017ee sa netreba ob\u00e1va\u0165, v\u0161etko spracujete v jednej miske. Odpor\u00fa\u010dam si predom pripravi\u0165 plnku, aby vychladla a aj slivky si nakr\u00e1jajte. Ak m\u00e1te mal\u00e9 slivky sta\u010dia polovi\u010dky, ja som mala ve\u013emi ve\u013ek\u00e9 slivky, tak som si ich kr\u00e1jala na \u0161tvr\u0165ky. Nevad\u00ed, ak nem\u00e1te doma mand\u013eov\u00e9 lupienky, nasekajte si vla\u0161sk\u00e9 orechy a kol\u00e1\u010d bude tie\u017e chuti\u0165 v\u00fdborne.<br \/>\nTak po\u010fme pripravova\u0165, aby ste mali aj vy doma t\u00fa kr\u00e1snu v\u00f4\u0148u \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Na plnku si pripravte:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>120 g mlet\u00e9ho maku<\/li>\n<li>80 ml hor\u00faceho mlieka<\/li>\n<li>1 vanil\u00ednov\u00fd cukor<\/li>\n<li>50 g trstinov\u00e9ho cukru<\/li>\n<li>2 polievkov\u00e9 ly\u017eice rumu ( alebo brandy)<\/li>\n<li>2 polievkov\u00e9 ly\u017eice dom\u00e1ceho slivkov\u00e9ho lekv\u00e1ru<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><strong>Postup:<\/strong> <\/em><br \/>\nDo hor\u00faceho mlieka nasypte mlet\u00fd mak a cukor, dobre premie\u0161ajte, pridajte lekv\u00e1r a rum a zmes nechajte vychladi\u0165.<br \/>\nPripravte si slivky, mandle ( resp. nasekan\u00e9 orechy).<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Na cesto potrebujete:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>350 g hladkej \u0161paldovej m\u00faky<\/li>\n<li>\u0161tipku soli<\/li>\n<li>2 \u010dajov\u00e9 ly\u017ei\u010dky su\u0161en\u00e9ho dro\u017edia ( alebo 20g \u010derstv\u00e9ho)<\/li>\n<li>50 g trstinov\u00e9ho cukru<\/li>\n<li>150 ml tepl\u00e9ho mlieka<\/li>\n<li>100 g roztopen\u00e9ho \u00a0masla ( nie hor\u00face)<\/li>\n<li>1 cel\u00e9 vajce + 1 \u017e\u013atok<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><strong>Postup:<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\nDo misy preosejte m\u00faku, pridajte so\u013e, trstinov\u00fd cukor, su\u0161en\u00e9 dro\u017edie, v\u0161etko dobre premie\u0161ajte. Pridajte vo vla\u017enom \u00a0mlieku roz\u0161\u013eahan\u00e9 vajce a \u017e\u013atok a roztopen\u00e9 vychladen\u00e9 maslo. Spracujte cesto varechou a potom ho rukou trochu vypracujte, zakryte misu a nechajte 1 hodinu kysn\u00fa\u0165.<\/p>\n<p>Po vykysnut\u00ed rozva\u013ekajte cesto na pracovnej doske na obd\u013a\u017enik 30 x 40 cm a rozde\u013ete ho pozd\u013a\u017ene \u00a0na tri p\u00e1sy. Na ka\u017ed\u00fd p\u00e1s naneste makov\u00fa plnku a jednotliv\u00e9 p\u00e1sy sto\u010dte, aby v\u00e1m plnka ostala v strede rolky.<br \/>\nOkr\u00fahlu formu vymastite maslom a sto\u010dte do nej pripraven\u00e9 makov\u00e9 rolky do tvaru \u0161pir\u00e1ly. Medzi rolkami nechajte priestor, do ktor\u00e9ho dajte husto ved\u013ea seba pripraven\u00e9 slivky (pod\u013ea obr\u00e1zku).<br \/>\nPosypte mand\u013eami, alebo orechmi ( len slivky). Pe\u010dte v r\u00fare na 170\u00b0C cca 50-60 min\u00fat.
