D\u00f4kladne namasten\u00e1 forma tenu\u010dkou vrstvou tuku, vysypan\u00e1 m\u00fakou (\u0161krobom, kakaom alebo orechmi) a vychladen\u00e1. Ke\u010f si takto pripraven\u00fa formu zachlad\u00edm zist\u00edm, kde s\u00fa pr\u00edpadn\u00e9 miesta, ktor\u00e9 ostali bez tuku a m\u00f4\u017eem to e\u0161te pred naplnen\u00edm \u00a0opravi\u0165.<br \/>\nKe\u010f je forma pripraven\u00e1 za\u010d\u00ednam s cestom a to tak, \u017ee si priprav\u00edm do misky v\u0161etky such\u00e9 pr\u00edsady a dobre ich premie\u0161am. \u00a0V miske na \u0161\u013eahanie priprav\u00edm vaj\u00ed\u010dka a cukor, resp. tuk.<br \/>\nAk \u00a0pe\u010diem \u00a0b\u00e1bovku s vy\u0161\u013eahan\u00fdm bielkov\u00fdm snehom priprav\u00edm ho najsk\u00f4r a odlo\u017e\u00edm do chladni\u010dky. \u017d\u013atky s cukrom trpezlivo \u0161\u013eah\u00e1m do takmer bielej peny, ktor\u00e1 je hust\u00e1 a a\u017e potom pr\u00eddu na rad ostatn\u00e9 tzv. mokr\u00e9 pr\u00edsady.<br \/>\nPri receptoch, kde treba \u0161\u013eaha\u0165 maslo s cukrom a a\u017e potom sa prid\u00e1vaj\u00fa \u017e\u013atky, pou\u017eijem mierne zm\u00e4knut\u00e9 maslo (nie tepl\u00e9) a \u0161\u013eah\u00e1m \u00a0ho do peny s preosiatym cukrom a a\u017e potom prid\u00e1vam po jednom \u017e\u013atky . Ke\u010f je &#8222;mokr\u00e1&#8220; \u010das\u0165 pripraven\u00e1 vmie\u0161am do nej postupne such\u00fa zmes varechou a d\u00f4kladne spracujem. Na z\u00e1ver prid\u00e1m \u00a0vy\u0161\u013eahan\u00fd bielkov\u00fd sneh po \u010dastiach a jemne ho vmie\u0161am do cesta.<br \/>\nTakto pripraven\u00fdm cestom napln\u00edm formu, urovn\u00e1m \u00a0povrch a pe\u010diem v dobre vyhriatej r\u00fare. B\u00e1bovku \u00a0pe\u010diem zvy\u010dajne 45-60 min\u00fat.<br \/>\nPo upe\u010den\u00ed nech\u00e1m formu s b\u00e1bovkou zo 10 min\u00fat na pracovnej doske, priklop\u00edm ju plytk\u00fdm tanierom, alebo t\u00e1ckou a opatrne prevr\u00e1tim. Ja som si na jedom zahrani\u010dnom webe na\u0161la t\u00fato b\u00e1bovku s cuketou a \u010dokol\u00e1dov\u00fdmi k\u00faskami, lebo zbo\u017e\u0148ujem \u010dokol\u00e1du a m\u00e1me nadbytok cukiet \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p><strong>Budete potrebova\u0165:<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>mokr\u00e9 pr\u00edsady:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3 v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ie vajcia<\/li>\n<li>150 ml kokosov\u00e9ho tuku (alebo in\u00e9ho kvalitn\u00e9ho oleja)<\/li>\n<li>120 g trstinov\u00e9ho cukru<\/li>\n<li>vanilkov\u00fd extrakt<\/li>\n<li>2 \u0161\u00e1lky najemno str\u00fahanej cukety<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>such\u00e9 pr\u00edsady:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>220 g \u0161paldovej hladkej m\u00faky (m\u00f4\u017eete da\u0165 1\/3 celozrnnej)<\/li>\n<li>1 \u010dajov\u00fa ly\u017eicu pr\u00e1\u0161ku do pe\u010diva<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 \u00a0\u010dajovej ly\u017eice s\u00f3dy bicarbony<\/li>\n<li>1 polievkov\u00fa ly\u017eicu mletej \u0161korice<\/li>\n<li>\u0161tipku soli<\/li>\n<li>m\u00f4\u017eete prida\u0165 pern\u00edkov\u00e9 korenie pod\u013ea chuti<\/li>\n<li>hrs\u0165 sekan\u00fdch vla\u0161sk\u00fdch orechov<\/li>\n<li>2 hrste \u010dokol\u00e1dov\u00fdch \u010dipsov<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Postup:<\/strong><br \/>\nPripravte si b\u00e1bovkov\u00fa formu. O\u010distite cuketu,rozre\u017ete ju po d\u013a\u017eke a ly\u017eicou vyberte stred. Cuketu na jemno nastr\u00fahajte, vlo\u017ete ju do sita a nechajte bez vytl\u00e1\u010dania odkvapka\u0165.<br \/>\nV\u0161etky such\u00e9 pr\u00edsady okrem \u010dokol\u00e1dov\u00fdch \u010dipsov a orechov dajte do misy a dobre premie\u0161ajte. V druhej mise \u00a0roz\u0161\u013eahajte vaj\u00ed\u010dka s cukrom a vanilkov\u00fdm extraktom (pou\u017eila som mix\u00e9r), ke\u010f sa cukor rozpust\u00ed a hmota je dobre napenen\u00e1 pridajte tuk a dobre ho vmie\u0161ajte.
