Bobu\u013eky som v ceste nepiekla.<br \/>\nKe\u010f som na pulte s hroznom videla tmav\u00e9 bobule spomenula som si na t\u00fa lahodn\u00fa chu\u0165 a u\u017e ma ni\u010d nezastavilo. Na\u0161la som si p\u00e1r receptov na nemeck\u00fdch blogoch a pridala som k nim moje sk\u00fasenosti\u00a0a spomienky a je tu jesenn\u00fd kol\u00e1\u010d.<\/p>\n<p>Pripravila som ho z tvarohov\u00e9ho \u00a0\u0161paldov\u00e9ho cesta a jemn\u00e9ho tvarohov\u00e9ho kr\u00e9mu. Kol\u00e1\u010d si m\u00f4\u017eete pripravi\u0165 aj z jemn\u00e9ho kysnut\u00e9ho cesta. Pos\u00fdpku z m\u00faky a masla \u010dasto nepou\u017e\u00edvam, nahr\u00e1dzam ju makom alebo sekan\u00fdmi orechmi, ale dnes som si pripravila chutn\u00fa \u0161koricov\u00fa pos\u00fdpku &#8211; rozvo\u0148ala cel\u00fd dom. Kol\u00e1\u010d po upe\u010den\u00ed nechajte \u00faplne vychladn\u00fa\u0165 a a\u017e potom kr\u00e1jajte.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Na tvarohov\u00e9 cesto budete potrebova\u0165:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>220 g \u0161paldovej hladkej m\u00faky<\/li>\n<li>70 g trstinov\u00e9ho ( alebo kokosov\u00e9ho) cukru<\/li>\n<li>80 g jemn\u00e9ho tvarohu<\/li>\n<li>vanilkov\u00fd extrakt<\/li>\n<li>1 vajce<\/li>\n<li>40 g neutr\u00e1lneho oleja<\/li>\n<li>3 polievkov\u00e9 ly\u017eice mlieka<\/li>\n<li>1 \u010dajov\u00fa ly\u017ei\u010dku pr\u00e1\u0161ku do pe\u010diva<\/li>\n<li>\u0161tipku soli<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Postup:<\/strong> V\u0161etky suroviny r\u00fdchlo zmie\u0161ajte a odlo\u017ete do chladu, k\u00fdm priprav\u00edte n\u00e1pl\u0148.<br \/>\n<strong>Na n\u00e1pl\u0148 budete potrebova\u0165:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>250 g jemn\u00e9ho tvarohu ( pou\u017eila som balen\u00fd vo f\u00f3lii)<\/li>\n<li>70 g trstinov\u00e9ho ( alebo kokosov\u00e9ho ) cukru<\/li>\n<li>vanilkov\u00fd extrakt<\/li>\n<li>100 ml \u0161\u013eaha\u010dkovej smotany<\/li>\n<li>3 polievkov\u00e9 ly\u017eice mlieka<\/li>\n<li>2 \u010dajov\u00e9 ly\u017ei\u010dky Maizeny ( kukuri\u010dn\u00fd \u0161krob)<\/li>\n<li>2 vajcia<\/li>\n<li>cca 400-500 g tmav\u00e9ho hrozna<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Postup:<\/strong><br \/>\nTvaroh, vanilkov\u00fd extrakt, cukor a vajcia vymie\u0161ajte, pridajte \u0161\u013eaha\u010dkov\u00fa smotanu ( tekut\u00fa). \u00a0V mlieku rozmie\u0161ajte dve ly\u017ei\u010dky maizeny a pridajte do zmesi.<br \/>\nDo pripravenej tvarohovej zmesi jemne vmie\u0161ajte bobule hrozna.<br \/>\nZo \u0161paldovej m\u00faky, masla, cukru a mletej \u0161korice si pripravte pos\u00fdpku.<br \/>\nCesto roztla\u010dte do okr\u00fahlej formy (treba ju predt\u00fdm vymaza\u0165 a vysypa\u0165 m\u00fakou) a vytvorte 2-3 cm vysok\u00e9 okraje.
