Pripravte si dobr\u00e9 krehk\u00e9 cesto, do ktor\u00e9ho neprid\u00e1te cukor, ale je dobr\u00e9\u00a0ho viac osoli\u0165 a m\u00f4\u017eete aj do cesta prida\u0165 \u010derstv\u00e9, alebo aj su\u0161en\u00e9 bylinky. Pripraven\u00e9 cesto si m\u00f4\u017eete aj zamrazi\u0165\u00a0a v \u010dasovej tiesni v\u00e1m r\u00fdchlo pom\u00f4\u017ee pripravi\u0165 poch\u00fa\u0165ku.<br \/>\nJa som dnes robila cesto zo \u0161paldovej m\u00faky, ale\u00a0d\u00e1 sa pripravi\u0165 aj z klasickej m\u00faky, alebo prirodzene bezlepkov\u00fdch m\u00fak.<br \/>\n<em><strong>Recept na cesto:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>250 g \u0161paldovej hladkej m\u00faky<\/li>\n<li>125 g masla<\/li>\n<li>1 \u010dajov\u00e1 ly\u017ei\u010dka soli<\/li>\n<li>1 vajce<\/li>\n<li>hrs\u0165 \u010derstv\u00e9ho oregana<\/li>\n<li>2 polievkov\u00e9 ly\u017eice studenej vody<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><strong>Postup:<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\nCesto v miske r\u00fdchlo spracujte a odlo\u017ete ho do chladu na 30 min\u00fat. \u00a0Vychladen\u00e9 cesto vtla\u010dte do formy, urobte<br \/>\nsi 2 cm okraje a popichajte dno vidli\u010dkou. Takto pripraven\u00e9 cesto predpe\u010dte pri teplote 200\u00b0C asi 10 min\u00fat.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Pr\u00edprava n\u00e1plne :<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>150 g p\u00f3ru<\/li>\n<li>150 g \u010dervenej cibule<\/li>\n<li>300 g \u010derstv\u00fdch h\u00fab<\/li>\n<li>15 g kokosov\u00e9ho tuku<\/li>\n<li>100 g zelenej papriky<\/li>\n<li>125 g mozzarely<\/li>\n<li>4 vajcia<\/li>\n<li>30 g hor\u010dice<\/li>\n<li>200 ml mlieka<\/li>\n<li>so\u013e, \u010derstv\u00e9 oregano, \u010dierne mlet\u00e9 korenie<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><strong>Postup:<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\nP\u00f3r a cibu\u013eu nakr\u00e1jajte na kr\u00fa\u017eky a poduste na kokosovom tuku, pridajte nakr\u00e1jan\u00e9 o\u010disten\u00e9 hub, oso\u013ete a nechajte<br \/>\n10 min\u00fat dusi\u0165. Zmes dajte vychladi\u0165. Do mlieka pridajte hor\u010dicu, cel\u00e9 vajcia, mlet\u00e9 korenie a bylinky pod\u013ea chuti. Pre\u0161\u013eahajte.<br \/>\nNa predpe\u010den\u00fd korpus navrstvite hubov\u00fa zmes, pridajte nakr\u00e1jan\u00fa zelen\u00fa papriku, na kolieska nakr\u00e1jan\u00fa mozzarelu<br \/>\nrozde\u013ete na plnku.
