Ich v\u00fdhodou je ve\u013ek\u00e1 variabilita ovocia &#8211; \u010derstv\u00e9, mrazen\u00e9, komp\u00f3tov\u00e9 .<br \/>\nDaj\u00fa sa pou\u017ei\u0165 takmer v\u0161etky druhy &#8211; slivky, marhule, r\u00edbezle v\u0161etk\u00fdch farieb, \u010dere\u0161ne, \u010du\u010doriedky, ostru\u017einy, rebarbora, jahody &#8230;. Ako \u010fal\u0161\u00ed variant je pridanie\u00a0tvarohu pod ovocie.<\/p>\n<p>Chrumkav\u00e9 pos\u00fdpky pod\u013ea \u00a0trad\u00edcie boli \u00a0z m\u00faky, masla a cukru &#8211; tzv. mrveni\u010dka. Prizn\u00e1m sa,\u017ee som ju nerada pripravovala a ani mi ve\u013emi nechutila.<br \/>\nRada pou\u017e\u00edvam ako pos\u00fdpku mlet\u00e9 orechy, mlet\u00fd mak, ovsen\u00e9 vlo\u010dky a trstinov\u00fd cukor, mandle a aj trochu masla.<br \/>\nCesto sme doma pripravovali klasicky s dro\u017ed\u00edm,\u00a0na zjemnenie\u00a0sme prid\u00e1vali \u017e\u013atok, trochu tuku do cesta, zakysanku \u00a0a jemne sme ho osladili, aby vynikla chu\u0165 ovocia.<\/p>\n<p>V lete cesto r\u00fdchlo vykyslo a o chv\u00ed\u013eu u\u017e rozvoniaval cel\u00fd\u00a0dom. Cesto muselo by\u0165 tenu\u010dk\u00e9, niekedy bolo viac n\u00e1plne ako cesta a tak\u00fdto kol\u00e1\u010dik mizol z plechu r\u00fdchlos\u0165ou svetla \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-558\" src=\"http:\/\/www.jarkapecie.sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/KvaskovyOvocnyKolac-1.jpg\" alt=\"KvaskovyOvocnyKolac-1\" width=\"287\" height=\"433\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.jarkapecie.sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/KvaskovyOvocnyKolac-1.jpg 530w, https:\/\/www.jarkapecie.sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/KvaskovyOvocnyKolac-1-150x226.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 287px) 100vw, 287px\" \/>Dom\u00e1ce kysnut\u00e9 cesto je na tr\u00e1venie a kal\u00f3rie lep\u0161ou vo\u013ebou ako \u0165a\u017ek\u00e9 kr\u00e9mov\u00e9 z\u00e1kusky, ale pri intolerancii na dro\u017edie je aj tento druh kol\u00e1\u010dika \u0165a\u017eko str\u00e1vite\u013en\u00fd a n\u00e1sledky\u00a0jeho konzum\u00e1cie sa hne\u010f prihl\u00e1sia &#8211; &#8222;kysne&#8220; aj brucho \ud83d\ude41<br \/>\nPreto som volila kysnut\u00e9 cesto kv\u00e1skov\u00e9 a nem\u00e1m\u00a0\u00a0\u017eiadne tr\u00e1viace \u0165a\u017ekosti a nepr\u00edjemn\u00e9 sprievodne javy.<\/p>\n<p>Ka\u017ed\u00e1 dom\u00e1cnos\u0165 m\u00e1 svoj zaru\u010den\u00fd recept na kysnut\u00e9 cesto a \u010dasto sa ded\u00ed po babi\u010dke \ud83d\ude42 Aj na nete je ve\u013ek\u00e9 mno\u017estvo receptov a m\u00f4\u017eete si vybra\u0165 ten\u00a0najvhodnej\u0161\u00ed pre v\u00e1s. Ja som sa nau\u010dila robi\u0165 cesto bez v\u00e1\u017eenia, ale pri kv\u00e1skovom dodr\u017eiavam presnej\u0161ie mno\u017estv\u00e1 a zatia\u013e sa mi v\u017edy podarilo.<\/p>\n<p>Ve\u013ea som sa nau\u010dila o kv\u00e1sku \u00a0a kv\u00e1skovom pe\u010den\u00ed od <a href=\"http:\/\/www.kolacebezprace.sk\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Lenky Man\u010d\u00edkovej &#8211; www.kolacebezprace.sk<\/a> na kurze, ktor\u00e9 poriada. Pre za\u010diato\u010dn\u00edkov je to vynikaj\u00faca\u00a0mo\u017enos\u0165 a v\u00fdhoda za\u010da\u0165 hne\u010f tak, aby sa darilo a nerobi\u0165 zbyto\u010dne ve\u013ea pokusov \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Tu je recept na m\u00f4j ovocn\u00fd kv\u00e1skov\u00fd kol\u00e1\u010d:<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/em>Ve\u010der pred pe\u010den\u00edm si rozkvaste kv\u00e1sok, ktor\u00fd \u010dak\u00e1 na svoju pr\u00edle\u017eitos\u0165 v chladni\u010dke. Vyberte ho (mno\u017estvo asi 4 polievkov\u00e9 ly\u017eice) a pridajte\u00a0100 g celozrnnej \u0161paldovej m\u00faky a 120 ml vody. V\u0161etko dobre premie\u0161ajte, n\u00e1dobu zakryte a nechajte \u00a0na teplom mieste do r\u00e1na kysn\u00fa\u0165.<br \/>\n<em><strong>Doba potrebn\u00e1 na rozkvasenie je pod\u013ea mojich sk\u00fasenost\u00ed 6 &#8211; 12 hod\u00edn.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>R\u00e1no pridajte tieto suroviny:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>200 ml mlieka ( pou\u017e\u00edvam bez lakt\u00f3zy, ale d\u00e1 sa po\u017ei\u0165 aj rastlinn\u00e9 )<\/li>\n<li>2 \u017e\u013atky ( m\u00f4\u017eete vynecha\u0165)<\/li>\n<li>100 ml kokosov\u00e9ho tuku, alebo kvalitn\u00e9ho oleja pod\u013ea v\u00e1\u0161ho v\u00fdberu<\/li>\n<li>80 g trstinov\u00e9ho cukru ( m\u00f4\u017eete nahradi\u0165 cukrom z kokosov\u00fdch kvetov)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Tieto 4 ingrediencie zmie\u0161ajte v miske \u00a0a pridajte k pripraven\u00e9mu kv\u00e1sku, dobre premie\u0161ajte ( ne\u0161\u013eahajte).<br \/>\n<em><strong>Potom pridajte:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>200 g hladkej \u0161paldovej m\u00faky<\/li>\n<li>200 g celozrnnej \u0161paldovej m\u00faky<\/li>\n<li>\u0161tipku soli<\/li>\n<li>nastr\u00fahan\u00fa k\u00f4ru z bio citr\u00f3nu<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>V\u0161etko dobre zmie\u0161ajte a vypracujte kysnut\u00e9 cesto. Malo by by\u0165 red\u0161ie, teda nie tuh\u00e9.<br \/>\nMisku s cestom prikryte a nechajte kysn\u00fa\u0165. Pri kv\u00e1sku to trv\u00e1 dlh\u0161ie, tak r\u00e1tajte 4 &#8211; 6 hod\u00edn. Ve\u013emi z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed na teplote v miestnosti a kvalite ( sile) z\u00e1kladn\u00e9ho kv\u00e1sku.<br \/>\nPo vykysnut\u00ed cesto roztiahnite na tukom vymazan\u00fd plech (cesto vysta\u010d\u00ed na be\u017en\u00fd plech, ak chcete hrub\u0161ie cesto pou\u017eite men\u0161\u00ed plech). Ak m\u00e1te kysl\u00e9 ovocie posypte\u00a0cesto trstinov\u00fdm cukrom, ale m\u00f4\u017eete pou\u017ei\u0165 aj ochuten\u00fd tvaroh, alebo mlet\u00e9 orechy so \u0161koricou.
