Pravideln\u00e1 strava je d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e1 \ud83d\ude42<br \/>\nPrizn\u00e1m sa, \u017ee kedysi d\u00e1vno som v jednej zdravej v\u00fd\u017eive objavila plnen\u00e9 keksy ovoc\u00edm a zachutili mi. Vtedy som e\u0161te verila, \u017ee to \u010do je na obale ozna\u010den\u00e9 zdrav\u00e9\u00a0a pred\u00e1va sa to v zdravej v\u00fd\u017eive je v poriadku.<br \/>\nTento n\u00e1zor som zmenila, ke\u010f som sa za\u010dala venova\u0165 viac zlo\u017eeniu produktov, ktor\u00e9 si kupujem a za\u010dala som sa<br \/>\nprofesion\u00e1lne venova\u0165 v\u00fd\u017eive a poradenstvu.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-422 \" src=\"http:\/\/www.jarkapecie.sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/DatloveVankusikySFigami-3.jpg\" alt=\"DatloveVankusikySFigami-3\" width=\"303\" height=\"458\" \/>V t\u00fdch keks\u00edkoch bolo <em><strong>mno\u017estvo zbyto\u010dn\u00e9ho cukru, palmov\u00fd tuk, r\u00f4zne pr\u00edsady a pr\u00edchute<\/strong><\/em>. A podiel samotnej ovocnej zlo\u017eky bol ledva nieko\u013eko percent \ud83d\ude41<\/p>\n<p>Tak som postupne prestala\u00a0kupova\u0165 v\u0161etky keksy. Len\u017ee ja chcem ob\u010das nie\u010do ku k\u00e1ve, alebo len tak r\u00fdchlo zahna\u0165 hlad na cest\u00e1ch . Pe\u010diem si sama cere\u00e1lne a aj prote\u00ednov\u00e9 ty\u010dinky, to u\u017e ani\u00a0neuva\u017eujem nad n\u00e1kupom (a prezrad\u00edm v\u00e1m, \u017ee sa d\u00e1 pekne u\u0161etri\u0165 pritom \ud83d\ude42 )<br \/>\nPri p\u00e1tran\u00ed na webe som objavila nie\u010do, \u010do mi ve\u013emi pripomenulo moje keks\u00edky z minulosti\u00a0a zaujal ma recept. Ni\u010d zlo\u017eit\u00e9, p\u00e1r surov\u00edn, <em><strong>\u017eiadne vajcia, \u017eiaden tuk a \u017eiaden pridan\u00fd cukor<\/strong><\/em>&#8230;.. to u\u017e je v\u00fdkon \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>Som zachr\u00e1nen\u00e1, m\u00e1m nie\u010do v\u00fdnimo\u010dn\u00e9 nielen na cesty, ale aj na pohostenie priate\u013eov. Pou\u017eila som be\u017en\u00fa m\u00faku z ovsen\u00fdch vlo\u010diek, nezh\u00e1\u0148ala som m\u00faku z bezlepkov\u00fdch\u00a0vlo\u010diek, ale aj to sa d\u00e1 a vtedy bud\u00fa aj bez lepku.<br \/>\nTu je recept pre v\u00e1s \ud83d\ude42<br \/>\n<em><strong>Budete potrebova\u0165:<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>Na cesto:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>150 g datl\u00ed medjool<\/li>\n<li>50 ml pomaran\u010dovej \u0161\u0165avy<\/li>\n<li>1 Pl str\u00fahanej pomaran\u010dovej k\u00f4ry<\/li>\n<li>80 g jablkov\u00e9ho pyr\u00e9 bez cukru<\/li>\n<li>vanilkov\u00fd extrakt<\/li>\n<li>200 g ovsenej m\u00faky bez lepku<\/li>\n<li>1 \u010dl pr\u00e1\u0161ku do pe\u010diva bez lepku<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 \u010dl s\u00f3dy bicarbony<\/li>\n<li>1 \u010dl mletej \u0161korice<\/li>\n<li>\u0161tipka soli<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><strong>Pr\u00edprava cesta: <\/strong><\/em><br \/>\nDatle s pomaran\u010dovou \u0161\u0165avou, jablkov\u00fdm pyr\u00e9, vanilkov\u00fdm extraktom a str\u00fahanou k\u00f4rou rozmixujte. Ak m\u00e1te in\u00e9 datle namo\u010dte ich predt\u00fdm do trochu vla\u017enej vody.<br \/>\nZmie\u0161ajte ovsen\u00fa m\u00faku so \u0161koricou, so\u013eou, pr\u00e1\u0161kom do pe\u010diva a s\u00f3dou bicarbonou a zmes pridajte do rozmixovan\u00e9ho ovocia. Vypracujte cesto, ktor\u00e9 odlo\u017ete na 1 hodinu do chladu.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Plnka:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>400 g su\u0161en\u00e9 figy<\/li>\n<li>200 ml vody<\/li>\n<li>\u0161\u0165ava z jedn\u00e9ho citr\u00f3nu<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><strong>Postup:<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\nSu\u0161en\u00e9 figy rozkrojte na polovi\u010dky, zalejte vodou a citr\u00f3novou \u0161\u0165avou a uvarte do m\u00e4kka (cca. 15-20 min\u00fat). Vychladnut\u00e9 figy rozmixujte na pastu ( my sme na mixovanie pou\u017eili Nutribulet) .<br \/>\nPripraven\u00e9 cesto rozva\u013ekajte na pe\u010diacom papieri na hr\u00fabku 5 mm a vytvorte obd\u013a\u017enik cca. 25 x 10 cm. Plnku naneste na jednu stranu po d\u013a\u017eke a druhou \u010das\u0165ou prikryte.<br \/>\nVznikne v\u00e1m &#8222;val\u010dek&#8220;, ktor\u00fd v spoji dobre pritla\u010dte a nakr\u00e1jajte ho na jednotliv\u00e9 dieliky. Recept je na cca 18 &#8211; 20 k\u00faskov pod\u013ea ve\u013ekosti.<br \/>\nPe\u010dte pri teplote 180\u00b0C cca 12 -15 min\u00fat.
