V obchodoch prib\u00fadaj\u00fa z\u00e1vratnou r\u00fdchlos\u0165ou r\u00f4zne druhy chleba, pe\u010diva a hlavne keks\u00edkov. Na jednej strane je to v poriadku &#8211; ve\u010f prib\u00fada \u013eud\u00ed, ktor\u00ed zo zdravotn\u00fdch d\u00f4vodov prech\u00e1dzaj\u00fa na stravu bez lepku. Je to pre nich \u0161ok zo d\u0148a na de\u0148 zmeni\u0165 sp\u00f4sob stravovania a medzi prv\u00e9 my\u0161lienky &#8222;postihnut\u00e9ho&#8220; patr\u00ed staros\u0165 ak\u00fd chlieb alebo pe\u010divo bude jes\u0165, \u010do de\u0165om na ra\u0148ajky, \u010do do \u0161koly, v\u00fdlet a podobn\u00e9.<br \/>\nRozumiem tomu, lebo sme n\u00e1rod chlebov\u00fd a stravovacie n\u00e1vyky v tomto smere men\u00edme ve\u013emi \u0165a\u017eko. \u00a0Pokia\u013e sa sle\u010dna rozhodne vyl\u00fa\u010di\u0165 lepok zo stravy z d\u00f4vodov chudnutia, tak to urob\u00ed jednoducho a ur\u010dit\u00fa dobu to aj vydr\u017e\u00ed. Do mlieka vmie\u0161ajte cel\u00e9 vajce a bielok, pridajte rozpusten\u00e9 maslo, pridajte , vanilkov\u00fd extrakt. Dobre premie\u0161ajte a pridajte such\u00fa zmes. Vypracujte cesto a na z\u00e1ver pridajte k\u00f4ru z citr\u00f3na a nasekan\u00e9 opl\u00e1chnut\u00e9 brusnice. Vytvarujte valec, rozde\u013ete ho na 8-10 kusov a rukou vytvarujte \u017eemli\u010dky. Ulo\u017ete ich na plech a potrite roz\u0161\u013eahan\u00fdm \u017e\u013atkom.
