Ten si priprav\u00edme tak, \u017ee do hrnca d\u00e1me na spodok vodu a&nbsp;na vrch misku, najlep\u0161ie sklenen\u00fa, alebo tak\u00fa \u010do znesie teplo, do ktorej nal\u00e1meme \u010dokol\u00e1du a&nbsp;nech\u00e1me roztopi\u0165.&nbsp;&nbsp;Voda sa nem\u00e1 vari\u0165 a&nbsp;nesmie sa dot\u00fdka\u0165 misky s \u010dokol\u00e1dou. Ob\u010das premie\u0161ame a&nbsp;ke\u010f je \u010dokol\u00e1da skoro cel\u00e1 roztopen\u00e1 m\u00f4\u017eeme hrniec odstavi\u0165 bokom a&nbsp;necha\u0165 zvy\u0161ok \u010dokol\u00e1dy roztopi\u0165 samovo\u013ene. Nech\u00e1me ju tro\u0161ku schladi\u0165, aby nebola pr\u00edli\u0161 hor\u00faca. Na tanieri roztla\u010d\u00edme vidli\u010dkou do hladka a&nbsp;prid\u00e1me na jemno nastr\u00fahan\u00fa k\u00f4ru z&nbsp;limetky a&nbsp;\u0161\u0165avu z&nbsp;polovice limetky, \u0161tipku soli a&nbsp; vymie\u0161ame do hladka.<br>Do vychladenej \u010dokol\u00e1dy postupne vmie\u0161ame avok\u00e1dov\u00fa zmes a&nbsp;nakoniec primie\u0161ame ly\u017eicu medu. V&nbsp;hrnci d\u00e1me vari\u0165 \u0161\u0165avu a k\u00f4ru z&nbsp;polovice pomaran\u010da spolu s&nbsp;medom alebo ag\u00e1ve sirupom. Ke\u010f to vrie&nbsp;&nbsp;prid\u00e1me ly\u017eicu tahini sezamovej pasty. Zmes bude vyzera\u0165 zrazene, ale nemus\u00edte sa \u013eaka\u0165, lebo sa pridan\u00edm do \u010dokol\u00e1dy naprav\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00fato hor\u00facu tahini zmes vylejeme na \u010dokol\u00e1du a&nbsp;misku prikryjeme tanierom na cca 5 min. Potom zmes premie\u0161avame metli\u010dkou a\u017e k\u00fdm sa v\u0161etka \u010dokol\u00e1da rozpust\u00ed. Pralinkov\u00fa zmes d\u00e1me vychladi\u0165 do chladni\u010dky na cca 1 hod, ak je st\u00e1le m\u00e1lo stuhnut\u00e1 treba aj dlh\u0161ie. V&nbsp;men\u0161om hrnci si d\u00e1me vari\u0165 kokosov\u00e9 mlieko alebo smotanu. Semienka kardamonu rozdrvte v&nbsp;ma\u017eiariku a&nbsp;pridajte ho do kokosov\u00e9ho mlieka. Nech\u00e1me spolu zovrie\u0165 a&nbsp;odle\u017ea\u0165 cca 1 hodinu, aby sa chu\u0165 kardamonu rozvinula. Potom zmes&nbsp;&nbsp;znova nech\u00e1me zovrie\u0165 a zalejeme \u0148ou nal\u00e1man\u00fa \u010dokol\u00e1du, misku prikryjeme tanierom na cca 5 min.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Potom dobre&nbsp;&nbsp;premie\u0161ame metli\u010dkou k\u00fdm sa&nbsp;&nbsp;\u010dokol\u00e1da rozpust\u00ed. Pralinkov\u00fa zmes d\u00e1me vychladi\u0165 do chladni\u010dky na cca 1 hod, ak je st\u00e1le m\u00e1lo stuhnut\u00e1 treba aj dlh\u0161ie. Po stuhnut\u00ed ly\u017ei\u010dkou naber\u00e1me \u010dokol\u00e1du a&nbsp;tvarujeme v&nbsp;dlaniach gu\u013e\u00f4\u010dky. Treba to robi\u0165 r\u00fdchlo, lebo t\u00e1to zmes sa r\u00fdchlej\u0161ie top\u00ed v&nbsp;dlaniach ako ostatn\u00e9. Gu\u013e\u00f4\u010dky d\u00e1me znova schladi\u0165 do chladni\u010dky a&nbsp;medzit\u00fdm si priprav\u00edme \u010dokol\u00e1du na poliatie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vo vodnom k\u00fapeli roztop\u00edme \u010dokol\u00e1du. Vyberieme vychladen\u00e9 gu\u013e\u00f4\u010dky a\u00a0pomocou dvoch ly\u017e\u00edc gu\u013e\u00f4\u010dku obal\u00edme v\u00a0\u010dokol\u00e1de. M\u00f4\u017eeme ju polo\u017ei\u0165 na mrie\u017eku alebo na rovn\u00fa podlo\u017eku pokryt\u00fa potravin\u00e1rskou f\u00f3liou.
