U n\u00e1s vedie mramorov\u00e1 olejov\u00e1 b\u00e1bovka, ale rada sk\u00fa\u0161am in\u00e9 chute. <br>B\u00e1bovku nemus\u00edte cukrova\u0165, ozdobte je trochou \u010dokol\u00e1dy, ovoc\u00edm, kvietkami pod\u013ea mo\u017enost\u00ed a fant\u00e1zie. Kr\u00e1sne ozdoben\u00e1 b\u00e1bovka dokonale<br>nahrad\u00ed tortu a ozdob\u00ed ka\u017ed\u00fd sl\u00e1vnostn\u00fd st\u00f4l.<br>Ja pe\u010diem b\u00e1bovku aj na dlh\u0161ie dovolenkov\u00e9 cesty, v krabici zostane dlho vl\u00e1\u010dna a pochut\u00edme si v\u017edy k \u010daju, u k\u00e1ve, alebo na ra\u0148ajky pred t\u00farou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"698\" height=\"798\" src=\"https:\/\/www.jarkapecie.sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/KavovaBabovka-6.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2858\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.jarkapecie.sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/KavovaBabovka-6.jpg 698w, https:\/\/www.jarkapecie.sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/KavovaBabovka-6-595x680.jpg 595w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 698px) 100vw, 698px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Budete potrebova\u0165:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>4 vajcia<\/li><li>170 g trstinov\u00fd cukor<\/li><li>150 g neutr\u00e1lneho oleja ( napr. repkov\u00fd)<\/li><li>200 g hladkej \u0161paldovej m\u00faky<\/li><li>150 g mlet\u00fdch lieskovcov<\/li><li>1 bal pr\u00e1\u0161ku do pe\u010diva<\/li><li>1\/4 \u010dl soli<\/li><li>80 g silnej k\u00e1vy ( espresso)<\/li><li>100 g miner\u00e1lnej vody ( vody)<\/li><li>maslo a polohrub\u00fa m\u00faku na vysypanie formy<\/li><li>na ozdobu roztopen\u00e1 \u010dokol\u00e1da a k\u00e1vov\u00e9 zrnk\u00e1<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>Postup pr\u00edpravy<\/strong><br>Formu na b\u00e1bovku ( alebo srn\u010d\u00ed chrb\u00e1t) vymastite povolen\u00fdm maslom a vysytpe m\u00fakou. Dbajte hlavne na z\u00e1hyby, aby boli vymasten\u00e9, zamedz\u00edte tomu, \u017ee sa b\u00e1bovka prilep\u00ed. Takto pripraven\u00fa formu vlo\u017ete do chladu.<br>Pripravte si siln\u00e9 espresso. R\u00faru zohrejte na 180\u00b0C.<br>Hladk\u00fa m\u00faku, lieskovce, so\u013e  a pr\u00e1\u0161ok do pe\u010diva zmie\u0161ajte v jednej mise.<br>V druhej mise vy\u0161\u013eahajte 4 vajcia, cukor do hustej svetlej peny , trv\u00e1 to p\u00e1r min\u00fat a pridajte olej. E\u0161te dobre pre\u0161\u013eahajte a pridajte aj k\u00e1vu a miner\u00e1lku, alebo vodu ( m\u00f4\u017eete prida\u0165 aj mlieko, alebo rastlinn\u00fd n\u00e1poj pod\u013ea chuti).<br>Do tekutej zmesi preosejte such\u00fa zmes a zmie\u0161ajte, aby neostali such\u00e9 miesta v ceste. Napl\u0148te formu a vlo\u017ete ju do vyhriatej r\u00fary.<br>Pe\u010dte cca 35 &#8211; 45 min\u00fat. Vysk\u00fa\u0161ajte \u0161p\u00e1radlom v strede b\u00e1bovky, ak ho vytiahnete such\u00e9 je b\u00e1bovka upe\u010den\u00e1, alebo teplomerom ( pri teplote 92\u00b0C je b\u00e1bovka upe\u010den\u00e1).
