Do stredu rozdrobte \u010derstv\u00e9<br>dro\u017edie a zalejte ho vla\u017en\u00fdm mliekom. Trochu premie\u0161ajte a nechajte <br>30 min\u00fat podkysn\u00fa\u0165.<br>Maslo rozpustite, nechajte vychladn\u00fa\u0165, vmie\u0161ajte kakao a koreniny.<br>Do predkysnut\u00e9ho cesta pridajte maslov\u00fa zmes a vajce a vypracujte hladk\u00e9 leskl\u00e9 cesto.<br>Cesto sa mus\u00ed odliepa\u0165 od stien misy. Na z\u00e1ver vmie\u0161ajte nasekan\u00fa \u010dokol\u00e1du. Cesto prikryte a nechajte minim\u00e1lne hodinu kysn\u00fa\u0165.<br>Z takto vykysnut\u00e9ho cesta vyformujte 20 kusov gu\u013e\u00f4\u010dok a ukladajte ich na maslom vymazan\u00fd plech, m\u00f4\u017eete ich potrie\u0165 maslom aj po bokoch.<br>Nechajte odstupy, tak aby mohli gu\u013e\u00f4\u010dky zv\u00e4\u010d\u0161i\u0165 svoj objem.
