Prizn\u00e1m sa, \u017ee mi nechutil,<br>lebo ke\u010f sme ho u\u017e mohli jes\u0165 bol such\u00fd a polotvrd\u00fd, bielkov\u00fd sneh presladen\u00fd opad\u00e1val, tak\u017ee ostal len estetick\u00fd z\u00e1\u017eitok a chu\u0165ov\u00fd sa vytratil.<br>Najv\u00e4\u010d\u0161iu rados\u0165 mali v\u017edy men\u0161ie deti &#x1f923;<br>Na str\u00e1nke cukr\u00e1ra <strong>Xaviera Carchenilla<\/strong>  (<a href=\"https:\/\/sweetflow.cz\/\">www.sweetflow.cz<\/a>), ktor\u00fa u\u017e dlh\u0161ie sledujem a zak\u00fapila som si  aj jeden online kurz, som na\u0161la recept <br>na <em>orechov\u00e9ho baran\u010deka<\/em> a tak som sa rozhodla vybra\u0165 u\u017e dlh\u0161iu dobu nepou\u017e\u00edvan\u00fa keramick\u00fa formu a upiekla som svojho prv\u00e9ho baran\u010deka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vydaril sa na prv\u00fd pokus, mno\u017estvo som si prepo\u010d\u00edtala na moju formu, je riadne ve\u013ek\u00e1. Pr\u00edprava je trochu n\u00e1ro\u010dnej\u0161ia, ale v\u00fdsledok je vynikaj\u00faci. Ve\u013emi chutn\u00e9, nepresladen\u00e9 cesto, skvel\u00e1 konzistencia. <br>Recepty od sk\u00fasen\u00fdch profesion\u00e1lnych cukr\u00e1rov s\u00fa v\u017edy prec\u00edzne spracovan\u00e9 a potom aj v\u00fdsledok je dobr\u00fd. Dobre ju vyma\u017ete m\u00e4kk\u00fdm maslo, pou\u017eite \u0161tetec <br>a venujte pozornos\u0165 u\u0161k\u00e1m a v\u0161etk\u00fdm z\u00e1hybom, aby sa v\u00e1m baran\u010dek dobre vybral z formy. Formu dajte do chladu. Vyma\u017ete aj vrchn\u00e1k formy, ak ho pou\u017eijete.<br>Zmie\u0161ajte m\u00faku, pr\u00e1\u0161ok do pe\u010diva a so\u013e. <br>Zm\u00e4knut\u00e9 maslo vymie\u0161ajte spolu so \u017e\u013atkami do hladk\u00e9ho kr\u00e9mu. <br>\u0160\u013eaha\u010dku vy\u0161\u013eahajte do polotuha a odlo\u017ete zatia\u013e do chladu.<br>Bielky s cukrom \u0161\u013eahajte do tuha (vy\u0161\u013eahan\u00e1 hmota mus\u00ed osta\u0165 na metli\u010dke).<br>Do pripraven\u00e9ho snehu primie\u0161ajte \u017e\u013atkov\u00fd kr\u00e9m s maslom, mie\u0161ajte tak aby sa zmes spojila. <br>Pridajte pripraven\u00fa such\u00fa zmes, dobre premie\u0161ajte a pridajte \u0161\u013eaha\u010dku, rum a nasekan\u00fa \u010dokol\u00e1du. <br>Vychladen\u00fa formu vysypte hrubou (polohrubou) m\u00fakou a cesto dajte do formy. <br>Prikryte vrchn\u00e1kom a pe\u010dte pri 180\u00b0C asi 20 min\u00fat, potom zn\u00ed\u017ete teplotu na 160\u00b0C a pe\u010dte \u010fal\u0161\u00edch 30 min\u00fat. <br>Potom vyberte formu z r\u00fary, nechajte e\u0161te zakryt\u00fa aspo\u0148 5 min\u00fat.
