Na\u0161i \u00a0klienti v <a href=\"http:\/\/restart.akosiuvaritzdravie.sk\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Body Restart Centre<\/a>, ktor\u00fdm bola diagnostikovan\u00e1 potravinov\u00e1 intolerancia\u00a0na lepok, by si tie\u017e radi dali aspo\u0148 1 x ro\u010dne dobr\u00fd croissant, ale samozrejme bez lepku.<\/p>\n<p>Tento recept som nevytvorila ja, len som h\u013eadala a testovala recepty, ktor\u00e9 by trochu vyhovovali a tento vyhral. Na\u0161la som ho na str\u00e1nke\u00a0<em><strong>LAVIVA<\/strong> <\/em>a aj ke\u010f nie je identick\u00fd s klasick\u00fdm croissantom z bielej p\u0161eni\u010dnej m\u00faky, je ve\u013emi chutn\u00fd, chrumkav\u00fd, ale aj jemn\u00fd, maslov\u00fd a aj na druh\u00fd de\u0148 chutil \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Budete potrebova\u0165 (na 10 mal\u00fdch resp. 5 ve\u013ek\u00fdch k\u00faskov) :<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>100 g s\u00f3jovej m\u00faky<\/li>\n<li>60 g \u00a0ry\u017eovej m\u00faky<\/li>\n<li>70 g kukuri\u010dn\u00e9ho \u0161krobu<\/li>\n<li>20 g trstinov\u00e9ho cukru<\/li>\n<li>5 g pr\u00e1\u0161ku do pe\u010diva (bez lepku)<\/li>\n<li>30 g psyllia \u0161upiek<\/li>\n<li>\u0161tipku soli<\/li>\n<li>150 g masla<\/li>\n<li>10 g\u00a0dro\u017edia<\/li>\n<li>400 ml mlieka<\/li>\n<li>vajce<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-281 alignright\" src=\"http:\/\/www.jarkapecie.sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/CroissantBezlepkovy-3.jpg\" alt=\"CroissantBezlepkovy-3\" width=\"244\" height=\"210\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.jarkapecie.sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/CroissantBezlepkovy-3.jpg 930w, https:\/\/www.jarkapecie.sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/CroissantBezlepkovy-3-595x512.jpg 595w, https:\/\/www.jarkapecie.sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/CroissantBezlepkovy-3-768x661.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 244px) 100vw, 244px\" \/>Postup:<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\nVo vla\u017enom mlieku s cukrom rozmie\u0161ajte \u00a0dro\u017edie. Such\u00e9 suroviny (m\u00faky, so\u013e, pr\u00e1\u0161ok do pe\u010diva, \u0161krob &#8211; okrem psyllia) zmie\u0161ajte a pridajte mlieko s dro\u017ed\u00edm. Dobre vymie\u0161ajte a vsypte psylium a hne\u010f r\u00fdchlo spracujte a mie\u0161ajte cca. 2 min\u00faty. Cesto (je zatia\u013e riedke) prikryte a nechajte kysn\u00fa\u0165 2 hodiny.<br \/>\nPracovn\u00fa plochu posypte ry\u017eovou m\u00fakou a cesto rozva\u013ekajte na obd\u013a\u017enik, na jednu polovicu nakr\u00e1jajte studen\u00e9 maslo na pl\u00e1tky a prelo\u017ete druhou polovicou. Rozva\u013ekajte znovu na obd\u013a\u017enik. Tento prelo\u017ete na tretiny, oto\u010dte o 90\u00b0 a preva\u013ekajte.<br \/>\nToto opakujte 3-5 kr\u00e1t. Cesto si podsyp\u00e1vajte ry\u017eovou m\u00fakou.<br \/>\nCesto zakryte f\u00f3liou a nechajte 15 min\u00fat odd\u00fdchnu\u0165. Potom ho rozva\u013ekajte na obd\u013a\u017enik a nakr\u00e1jajte trojuholn\u00edky. Trojuholn\u00edk zrolujte zo \u0161ir\u0161ieho konca do tvaru croissantu a prelo\u017ete na plech s pe\u010diacim papierom \u0161picom nadol.<\/p>\n<p>Takto pripraven\u00e9 potrite roz\u0161\u013eahan\u00fdm vaj\u00ed\u010dkom.<br \/>\nNechajte e\u0161te 45 min\u00fat kysn\u00fa\u0165, znovu potrite vaj\u00ed\u010dkom a pe\u010dte v r\u00fare pri 175\u00b0C asi 30 min\u00fat.<\/p>\n<p>A potom vychutn\u00e1vajte.
