Zdrav\u0161ie preto, \u017ee viete presne ak\u00e9 suroviny ste pou\u017eili na jeho v\u00fdrobu, v kupovanom pe\u010dive to neviete rozozna\u0165, aj ke\u010f je popis pou\u017eit\u00fdch surov\u00edn prilo\u017een\u00fd. <br>Na dobr\u00fd chlieb a toast potrebujete m\u00faku, so\u013e, dro\u017edie ( resp. kv\u00e1sok),<br>tekutinu ( voda, mlieko, zakysan\u00e9 mlie\u010dne produkty, pivo &#8230;..) a k tomu<br>trochu trpezlivosti pri v\u00fdrobe. <br>V kupovanom pe\u010dive a chlebe je minim\u00e1lne o 5 pr\u00edsad viac. Sta\u010d\u00ed vysk\u00fa\u0161a\u0165 dobr\u00fd recept a sami sa presved\u010d\u00edte, \u017ee je to zvl\u00e1dnute\u013en\u00e9, sta\u010d\u00ed dobr\u00e9 napl\u00e1novanie a m\u00e1te doma dobr\u00e9 pe\u010divo a chleb\u00edk. Misu zakryte a nechajte 30 min\u00fat kvasi\u0165.<br>Do vykvasen\u00e9ho z\u00e1kladu pridajte:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>300 g hladkej \u0161paldovej m\u00faky<\/li><li>50 g celozrnnej \u0161paldovej m\u00faky<\/li><li>150g vody ( alebo mlieka)<\/li><li>8g soli<\/li><li>5g cukru<\/li><li>35g olivov\u00e9ho oleja ( alebo 50g zm\u00e4knut\u00e9ho masla)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Pozn\u00e1mka: \u017diadne dro\u017edie u\u017e neprid\u00e1vajte.<br><strong>Postup:<\/strong><br>Zo surov\u00edn vypracujte cesto, je trochu lepiv\u00e9, a nechajte ho 1 hodinu kysn\u00fa\u0165. V polovici kysnutia ho m\u00f4\u017eete premiesi\u0165.<br>Vykysnut\u00e9 cesto prelo\u017ete na pracovn\u00fa plochu, vytvarujte obd\u013a\u017enik a zrolujte ho ako rol\u00e1du. <br>D\u013a\u017eka m\u00e1 by\u0165 rovnak\u00e1 z d\u013a\u017ekou formy.  <br>Vytvarovan\u00fd toast vlo\u017ete do formy, ktor\u00fa ste vymazali maslom, alebo vylo\u017eili papierom na pe\u010denie ( f\u00f3liou). <br>Formu zakryte a nechajte kysn\u00fa\u0165, tak aby bola forma pln\u00e1. <br>Pe\u010dte pri 220\u00b0C 15 min\u00fat, potom zn\u00ed\u017ete teplotu na 180\u00b0C a pe\u010dte \u010fal\u0161\u00edch 15 min\u00fat.
