Z ni\u017e\u0161ie pop\u00edsanej d\u00e1vky cesta som pripravila <br>9 os\u00edch hniezd s jahodami a zo zvy\u0161ku som vytvarovala 7 mal\u00fdch brio\u0161iek.<br>Cesto na brio\u0161ky som si v\u00e1\u017eia cca po 60g.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sladk\u00e9 kysnut\u00e9 cesto:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>450g hladkej m\u00faky OO ( alebo \u0161paldov\u00e1 hladk\u00e1)<\/li><li>20g \u010derstv\u00e9ho dro\u017edia ( alebo 7g su\u0161en\u00e9ho)<\/li><li>100g trstinov\u00e9ho cukru<\/li><li>5g soli<\/li><li>k\u00f4ra z jedn\u00e9ho citr\u00f3nu<\/li><li>1\u010dl vanilkov\u00e9ho extraktu<\/li><li>1\/2\u010d str\u00fahan\u00e9ho mu\u0161k\u00e1tov\u00e9ho orie\u0161ku ( m\u00f4\u017eete vynecha\u0165)<\/li><li>1 cel\u00e9 vajce + 1 vaje\u010dn\u00fd \u017e\u013atok<\/li><li>200ml vla\u017en\u00e9ho mlieka ( alebo rastlinnej n\u00e1hrady)<\/li><li>85g masla<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"960\" height=\"640\" src=\"https:\/\/www.jarkapecie.sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/CokoBriosky-2-960x640.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2709\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.jarkapecie.sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/CokoBriosky-2-960x640.jpg 960w, https:\/\/www.jarkapecie.sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/CokoBriosky-2-595x397.jpg 595w, https:\/\/www.jarkapecie.sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/CokoBriosky-2-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.jarkapecie.sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/CokoBriosky-2.jpg 1200w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 960px) 100vw, 960px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>Pr\u00edprava:<br><\/strong>Dro\u017edie a jednu polievkov\u00fa ly\u017eicu cukru rozmie\u0161ajte vo vla\u017enom mlieku a nechajte aspo\u0148 15 min\u00fat nakysn\u00fa\u0165. Do misy robota pridajte m\u00faku, so\u013e, cukor. Do pripraven\u00e9ho kv\u00e1sku pridajte vajce a \u017e\u013atky, vanilkov\u00fd extrakt a mu\u0161k\u00e1tov\u00fd orie\u0161ok, premie\u0161ajte a pridajte k suchej zmesi. Na n\u00edzkej r\u00fdchlosti nechajte vypracova\u0165 cesto asi 10-15 min\u00fat. <br>Potom pridajte po k\u00faskoch zm\u00e4knut\u00e9 ( nie roztopen\u00e9 maslo a nechajte ho dobre zapracova\u0165.<br>Pokra\u010dujte v hneten\u00ed, k\u00fdm sa cesto neodliepa od misy robota. M\u00f4\u017ee to trva\u0165<br>15-20 min\u00fat. Neprid\u00e1vajte tekutinu ani m\u00faku. Vpracovan\u00e9 cesto zakryte f\u00f3liou a nechajte ho nakysn\u00fa\u0165 do dvojn\u00e1sobku. \u010cas z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed od teploty v miestnosti a aj ro\u010dn\u00e9ho obdobia. Preto je lep\u0161ie orientova\u0165 sa zn\u00e1soben\u00edm objemu cesta. Z tejto d\u00e1vky m\u00e1te cca 950g cesta.<br>Z vykysnut\u00e9ho cesta si odv\u00e1\u017ete k\u00fasky o hmotnosti cca 60g vytvarujte gu\u013e\u00f4\u010dky a nechajte ich 10 min\u00fat prikryt\u00e9 odd\u00fdchnu\u0165. Potom ich rukou jemne roztla\u010dte a pridajte \u010dokol\u00e1du, uzatvorte ako buchti\u010dku a vytvarujte na pracovnej doske jemn\u00fdm kr\u00fa\u017een\u00edm gu\u013e\u00f4\u010dku. <br>Pripraven\u00e9 brio\u0161ky nechajte zakryt\u00e9 na plechu dobre podkysn\u00fa\u0165, potrite ich roz\u0161\u013eahan\u00fdm vaj\u00ed\u010dkom a pe\u010dte pri 180\u00b0C asi 30-25 min\u00fat.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<div class=\"entry-summary\">\n\u010eal\u0161\u00ed vydaren\u00fd k\u00fasok sladk\u00e9ho kysnut\u00e9ho pe\u010diva.
