Ka\u017ed\u00e1 rodina m\u00e1 svoj recept, ja som odsk\u00fa\u0161ala dos\u0165 nov\u00fdch receptov, ale v\u017edy sa vr\u00e1tim k tomu z maminej p\u00edsanky. Hlavne po\u010das sviatkov n\u00e1m chutia tradi\u010dn\u00e9 kol\u00e1\u010de vr\u00e1tane drobn\u00e9ho viano\u010dn\u00e9ho pe\u010diva a &#8220; modern\u00e9 &#8220; kol\u00e1\u010de n\u00e1m cez sviatky nech\u00fdbaj\u00fa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pr\u00edprava cesta:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 vajce<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 \u017e\u013atok<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 polievkov\u00e9 ly\u017eice medu<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 g pr\u00e1\u0161kov\u00e9ho cukru<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 polievkov\u00e9 ly\u017eice mlieka<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>40 g masla<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 \u010dl s\u00f3dy bicarbony<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Tieto v\u0161etky suroviny dajte do jednej misy, premie\u0161ajte a nad parou mie\u0161ajte (ru\u010dne metli\u010dkou) do svetlej peny. <br>Mne to trv\u00e1 10 &#8211; 12 min\u00fat. Do hor\u00facej zmesi potom nasypte 450 g hladkej m\u00faky \u0161peci\u00e1l, ktor\u00fa ste preosiali spolu so \u0161tipkou soli. <br>Spracujte cesto najsk\u00f4r vare\u0161kou a ke\u010f je u\u017e kompaktn\u00e9 prelo\u017ete ho na dosku, trochu posypte m\u00fakou a spracujte. <br>Cesto prikryte f\u00f3liou a nechajte ho cca. 20 min\u00fat na doske odd\u00fdchnu\u0165. Potom ho rozde\u013ete na 4 diely ( ja si odv\u00e1\u017eim, aby boli rovnak\u00e9). Rozva\u013ekajte v\u0161etky diely na obd\u013a\u017enik cca 20 x 30 cm. <br>S cestom sa dobre pracuje, mus\u00ed by\u0165 tenk\u00e9. Je v\u00fdhodou, ke\u010f cesto rozva\u013ek\u00e1te do pekn\u00e9ho tvaru obd\u013a\u017enika, po upe\u010den\u00ed nezmen\u00ed tvar a nebudete ma\u0165 po naplnen\u00ed ve\u013ek\u00e9 odrezky pri kr\u00e1jan\u00ed \ud83d\ude42 <br>Prelo\u017ete ka\u017ed\u00fd diel na papier na pe\u010denie a pe\u010dte jednotlivo pri 180\u00b0C asi <br>5 &#8211; 7 min\u00fat. Pl\u00e1ty maj\u00fa ma\u0165 svetlohned\u00fa farbu. Uvarte hust\u00fd puding, prikryte ho v mise f\u00f3liou a nechajte v miestnosti vychladi\u0165. <br>250 g masla (izbovej teploty) a 2 polievkov\u00e9 ly\u017eice pr\u00e1\u0161kov\u00e9ho cukru vy\u0161\u013eahajte do bledej peny spolu s vanilkov\u00fdm extraktom a po \u010dastiach prid\u00e1vajte puding a v\u017edy dobre pre\u0161\u013eahajte. <br>M\u00f4\u017eete ochuti\u0165 rumom. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kr\u00e9m si rozde\u013ete na 3 diely &#8211; 2 diely bud\u00fa v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ie a tret\u00ed diel men\u0161\u00ed, t\u00fdm potriete vrchn\u00fd pl\u00e1t. Natrite prv\u00fd pl\u00e1t, prilo\u017ete druh\u00fd pl\u00e1t a ten natrite vrstvou slivkov\u00e9ho  lekv\u00e1ru. <br>Prilo\u017ete tret\u00ed pl\u00e1t a na\u0148 naneste kr\u00e9m a ukon\u010dite \u0161tvrt\u00fdm pl\u00e1tom. <br>Ten natieram tenkou vrstvou kr\u00e9mu a hne\u010f ho posypem mlet\u00fdmi orie\u0161kami.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cel\u00fd kol\u00e1\u010d zakryjem a nech\u00e1m do druh\u00e9ho d\u0148a zm\u00e4kn\u00fa\u0165. Nepotrebujete ho za\u0165a\u017eova\u0165, len zakry\u0165, aby neosychal. Nakr\u00e1jajte k\u00fasky a skladujte ho v chlade, ale chladni\u010dku ve\u013emi neob\u013eubuje.
