V\u00fdhodou je, \u017ee upe\u010den\u00e9 nenaplnen\u00e9 \u0161krupinky m\u00f4\u017eete upiec\u0165 v predstihu a skladova\u0165 ich v uzatvorenej krabici a\u017e do chv\u00edle kedy ich potrebujte plni\u0165. Do suchej zmesi<br>pridajte na kocky nakr\u00e1jan\u00e9 maslo a vypracujte cesto. Zaba\u013ete ho do potravinovej f\u00f3lie a nechajte hodinu odd\u00fdchnu\u0165. Cesto si m\u00f4\u017eete pripravi\u0165 aj p\u00e1r dn\u00ed vopred. Pred pe\u010den\u00edm ho vyberte z chladu, aby povolilo a dobre sa<br>s n\u00edm pracovalo.<br>Pripravte si formi\u010dky pod\u013ea v\u00e1\u0161ho zvyku. Ja formi\u010dky vymaz\u00e1vam maslom <br>(alebo kokosov\u00fdm tukom) a vysyp\u00e1vam polohrubou m\u00fakou. Ak pe\u010diem aj druh\u00fa v\u00e1rku tak u\u017e formi\u010dky nevymaz\u00e1vam. <br>Takto pripraven\u00e9 formi\u010dky d\u00e1m vychladi\u0165.<br>Z cesta odoberajte mal\u00e9 k\u00fasky, ktor\u00e9 vtla\u010d\u00edte do formi\u010dky tak, aby vznikla priehlbinka. Okraje zre\u017ete no\u017e\u00edkom. Takto naplnen\u00e9 formi\u010dky znovu vychla\u010fte a pe\u010dte pri 180\u00b0C cca. 8 min\u00fat. Vychladnut\u00e9 opatrne vyklepnite <br>z formi\u010dky.
