M\u00f4\u017eete ju pripravi\u0165 ru\u010dne v mise, alebo v robote. Do drobenky zapracujte vaje\u010dn\u00e9 \u017e\u013atky. Cesto sa mus\u00ed spoji\u0165, ale netreba ho dlho spracov\u00e1va\u0165. V pr\u00edpade, \u017ee je hmota ve\u013emi drobiv\u00e1 pridajte polievkov\u00fa ly\u017eicu studenej vody a r\u00fdchlo ju zapracujte. Cesto zaba\u013ete do potravinovej f\u00f3lie a ulo\u017ete do chladu. <br><br><strong>Pr\u00edprava n\u00e1plne:<\/strong><br>Marcip\u00e1n, rum a marhu\u013eov\u00fd d\u017eem spracujte pomocou ty\u010dov\u00e9ho mix\u00e9ra do hladkej hmoty. Ja neprid\u00e1vam cukor, marcip\u00e1n je dostato\u010dne sladk\u00fd. N\u00e1pl\u0148<br>odlo\u017ete do chladu v uzatvorenej n\u00e1dobe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kone\u010dn\u00e1 pr\u00edprava:<\/strong><br>Cesto pred spracovan\u00edm vyberte  z chladu, rozva\u013ekajte ho na hr\u00fabku cca 3mm a vykrajujte zvolen\u00e9 tvary. Do polovice vykrojen\u00fdch koliesok urobte<br>otvor. <br>Keks\u00edky pe\u010dte pri 170\u00b0C asi 12 a\u017e 15 min\u00fat. Upe\u010den\u00e9 vylo\u017ete na mrie\u017eku a po vychladnut\u00ed keksy s otvorom namo\u010dte v \u010dokol\u00e1de ( ja som m\u00e1\u010dala do polovice, ale m\u00f4\u017eete namo\u010di\u0165 cel\u00fd vrchn\u00fd keks\u00edk, alebo nebudete v\u00f4bec keks\u00edky nam\u00e1\u010da\u0165 ).<br>N\u00e1pl\u0148 z marcip\u00e1nu prelo\u017ete do cukr\u00e1rskeho s\u00e1\u010diku a n\u00e1pl\u0148 naneste na spodn\u00e9 kolieska. I am a chocoholic. I love everything where a chocolate or a cocoa or even a small touch of chocolate is. &#x1f9e1; <br>A name of those holy heaven delicious chocolate cookies is Sachers&#8217;s &#8222;circles&#8220;. Deliciously mixed pastry with marzipan filling. <br>I hope you will like it as you liked <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jarkapecie.sk\/?p=803\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.jarkapecie.sk\/?p=803\">vanilla rolls<\/a> last year. Let&#8217;s start. &#x1f384;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>400 g plain spelt flour or all purpose flour<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 g cocoa e.g. Callebaut or some quality cocoa<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 g cornstarch ( or you can use other type of starch)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150 g cane sugar or brown sugar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>10 g baking powder<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 egg yolks<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>260 g butter<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>vanilla extract<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/4 tsp salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>And for the filling:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>marzipan<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>rum<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>apricot jam<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>How to prepare a pastry and bake cookies:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Combine all the dry ingredients, add the diced cold butter and process the crumble.  You can prepare it by hand in a bowl or in a food processor. Incorporate the egg yolks into the crumble. The dough needs to come together, but it does not need to be processed for a long time. If the mixture is very crumbly, add a tablespoon of cold water and work it in quickly. Wrap the dough in cling film and refrigerate.<br>You can store the dough in the fridge for several days. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Remove the dough from the refrigerator before processing, roll it out to a thickness of about 3mm and cut out the chosen shapes &#8211; e.g. circles. <br>Make a hole in the middle of the cut-out rounds so that you can see the filling when the biscuits are ready.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bake the cookies at 170\u00b0C for about 12 to 15 minutes.<br>Once baked, turn them out onto a wire rack. They are fragile while they cool.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>How to prepare marzipan filling:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Process the marzipan, rum and apricot jam with a stick blender until smooth. I don&#8217;t add sugar, the marzipan is sweet enough, but you can taste it and if the filling is not sweet enough for you, t\u00b4hen add some sugar according to you taste.  Refrigerate the filling in a closed container.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Finalizing cookies:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once cookies are cooled, dip the one with a hole in the chocolate. I usually dip mine halfway, but you can dip the whole top biscuit, or you won&#8217;t dip the biscuits at all. It depend how long would you like to play &#x1f607; in the kitchen. For me it is sometimes the best psychological therapy &#x1f602;<br>Place the marzipan filling in a pastry bag and spread the filling on the bottom circles. Attach the top circles.<br>Store them in a sealed container and in a cool place.
