Mar\u0161\u00e1leka, ktor\u00e9ho pr\u00e1cu sledujem a jeho recepty s\u00fa z\u00e1rukou \u00faspechu a preto ich \u010dasto sk\u00fa\u0161am.<br>Tieto buchty som piekla v nede\u013eu a vo \u0161tvrtok sme dojedli posledn\u00fa. V mlieku rozmie\u0161ajte dro\u017edie a \u017e\u013atky a pridajte k suchej zmesi, vypracujte kompaktn\u00e9 cesto. Do vypracovan\u00e9ho cesta postupne zapracujte maslo a vypracujte hladk\u00e9, pru\u017en\u00e9 a pevn\u00e9 cesto. Nechajte ho vykysn\u00fa\u0165 na dvojn\u00e1sobok. Po\u010das kysnutia ho 1 &#8211; 2 x prepracujte.<br>Rebarborov\u00e9 \u017eel\u00e9 ( pripravte si sk\u00f4r &#8211; potrebuje \u010das na vychladenie)<br>400 g rebarbory nakr\u00e1jajte na k\u00fasky, vlo\u017ete ju do hrnca, pridajte 120 ml vody, 60 g kry\u0161t\u00e1lov\u00e9ho cukru, 25 g kukuri\u010dn\u00e9ho \u0161krobu ( Maizeny). citr\u00f3nov\u00fa \u0161\u0165avu z jedn\u00e9ho citr\u00f3na a varte cca 2-4 min\u00faty. Uvaren\u00fd kr\u00e9m prikryte f\u00f3liou a nechajte stuhn\u00fa\u0165. Pripravovala som si de\u0148 vopred.<br>Na drobenku budete potrebova\u0165 70g hladkej m\u00faky, 35g masla, 35 g cukru a \u0161tipku soli. V\u0161eto zmie\u0161ajte a odlo\u017ete do chladu pred pou\u017eit\u00edm.<br>Z vykysnut\u00e9ho cesta pripravte 10 bochn\u00ed\u010dkov, nechajte ich na plechu  vykysn\u00fa\u0165, musia vidite\u013ene zv\u00e4\u010d\u0161i\u0165 objem. <br>Rebarborov\u00e9 \u017eel\u00e9 prelo\u017ete do cukr\u00e1rskeho vrecka so \u0161pi\u010dkou . <br>Vykysnut\u00e9 buchty natrite roz\u0161\u013eahan\u00fdch vaj\u00ed\u010dkom. Do ka\u017edej buchty zapichnite \u0161pi\u010dku a nastriekajte rebarborov\u00fd kr\u00e9m.
