Jemne sladk\u00fd chlieb s koreninami, citr\u00f3novou pr\u00edchu\u0165ou a aj hrozienkami. V minulosti  sa pripravoval z kysnut\u00e9ho cesta, naj\u010dastej\u0161ie s r\u00f4znymi typmi kv\u00e1sku (ra\u017en\u00fd, p\u0161eni\u010dn\u00fd, lievitomadre, alebo odlo\u017een\u00e9 cesto) a dro\u017ed\u00edm. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dlho kysnut\u00e9 sladk\u00e9 cesto, v ktorom je maslo, alebo in\u00fd tuk (mas\u0165 &#8211; olej) je po upe\u010den\u00ed jemn\u00e9 a nem\u00e1 chu\u0165 po dro\u017ed\u00ed. Mne sa osved\u010dila met\u00f3da &#8222;chladni\u010dkov\u00e9&#8220; kysnutie, vysk\u00fa\u0161ajte ho ak chcete zvl\u00e1\u0161\u0165 jemn\u00e9 pe\u010divo. Tradi\u010dne sa pod\u00e1val s dom\u00e1cim \u00faden\u00fdm m\u00e4som a vaj\u00ed\u010dkami &#8211; typick\u00fdmi jedlami ve\u013ekono\u010dn\u00fdch sviatkov.<br>M\u00e1m viac receptov na kysnut\u00fd mazanec s dro\u017ed\u00edm, ale tento z <a href=\"http:\/\/www.pekarnomanie.cz\">www.pekarnomanie.cz<\/a> mi najviac vyhovuje a tak v\u00e1m ho tu prid\u00e1vam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Budete potrebova\u0165:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>550g hladkej m\u00faky ( pou\u017eila som Manitoba, ale hladk\u00e1 00 je dobr\u00e1)<\/li><li>80 g jemn\u00e9ho kry\u0161t\u00e1lov\u00e9ho cukru<\/li><li>240 g vla\u017enej vody<\/li><li>1\/4 \u010dl soli<\/li><li>2 vaje\u010dn\u00e9 \u017e\u013atky<\/li><li>25g dro\u017edia<\/li><li>70 g masla ( m\u00e4kk\u00e9 )<\/li><li>vanilkov\u00fd extrakt<\/li><li>k\u00f4ra z jedn\u00e9ho citr\u00f3na<\/li><li>\u0161\u0165ava z pol citr\u00f3na<\/li><li>1\/2 \u010dl mu\u0161k\u00e1tov\u00e9ho orie\u0161ka<\/li><li>su\u0161en\u00e9 ovocie &#8211; pod\u013ea chuti<\/li><li>vaj\u00ed\u010dko na potretie<\/li><li>mandle na ozdobu &#8211; m\u00f4\u017eete vynecha\u0165<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"960\" height=\"640\" src=\"https:\/\/www.jarkapecie.sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/JemnyMazanec-6-960x640.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2602\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.jarkapecie.sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/JemnyMazanec-6-960x640.jpg 960w, https:\/\/www.jarkapecie.sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/JemnyMazanec-6-595x397.jpg 595w, https:\/\/www.jarkapecie.sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/JemnyMazanec-6-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.jarkapecie.sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/JemnyMazanec-6.jpg 1200w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 960px) 100vw, 960px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pr\u00edprava:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Odoberte 4 polievkov\u00e9 ly\u017eice m\u00faky, jednu \u010dajov\u00fa ly\u017ei\u010dku cukru do misky, rozdrobte tam dro\u017edie a zalejte \u010das\u0165ou vla\u017enej vody (v\u0161etko z odmeran\u00fdch surov\u00edn), rozmie\u0161ajte cest\u00ed\u010dko a zakryt\u00e9 ho nechajte dobre nakvasi\u0165, min. 20 min\u00fat.<br>Do misy robota nalejte zvy\u0161n\u00fa vodu, pridajte cukor, vaje\u010dn\u00e9 \u017e\u013atky, vanilkov\u00fd extrakt, citr\u00f3nov\u00fa \u0161\u0165avu a k\u00f4ru, premie\u0161ajte, pridajte nakvasen\u00fd kv\u00e1sok, m\u00faku, so\u013e, str\u00fahan\u00fd mu\u0161k\u00e1tov\u00fd orie\u0161ok a vypracujte kompaktn\u00e9 nelepiv\u00e9 cesto. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na z\u00e1ver do neho primie\u0161avajte po k\u00faskoch zm\u00e4knut\u00e9 maslo a nechajte cesto riadne vypracova\u0165. Potom zapracujte su\u0161en\u00e9 ovocie. Cesto nechajte dobre nakysn\u00fa\u0165, pod\u013ea teploty v miestnosti 60 &#8211; 75 min\u00fat. Vykysnut\u00e9 cesto prelo\u017ete na pracovn\u00fa plochu, rozde\u013ete ho na dva ( ja som robila tri mal\u00e9 kusy), sformujte do tvaru tak ako ke\u010f tvarujete chleb\u00edk, dobre ho utiahnite, prelo\u017ete na plech s papierom na pe\u010denie a prikryt\u00e9 nechajte nakysn\u00fa\u0165.
