Ke\u010f sa cesto za\u010dne odliepa\u0165 od stien misy postupne prid\u00e1vajte nakr\u00e1jan\u00e9 maslo a po jeho zapracovan\u00ed nechajte cesto e\u0161te 10 &#8211; 15 min\u00fat miesi\u0165.<br>\u010ci je cesto dobre vypracovan\u00e9 zist\u00edte tzv. &#8222;okienkov\u00fdm&#8220; testom &#8211; odtrhnite si trochu cesta, vytvorte z neho gu\u013e\u00f4\u010dku, mierne si pom\u00fa\u010dte prsty a roztiahnite cesto tak, aby vzniklo prieh\u013eadn\u00e9 okienko bez pretrhnutia.<br>Takto vypracovan\u00e9 cesto nechajte 30 min\u00fat podkysn\u00fa\u0165 zakryt\u00e9 utierkou, aby neoschlo.<br>Na pracovnej doske si vyformujte k\u00fasky z cesta ( ja som si nav\u00e1\u017eila 60g k\u00fasky) a urobte z nich gu\u013e\u00f4\u010dky. Nechajte ich prikryt\u00e9 na doske dobre nakysn\u00fa\u0165 &#8211; pod\u013ea kvality dro\u017edia, vypracovania a teploty v miestnosti to m\u00f4\u017ee trva\u0165 2 &#8211; 4 hodiny.<br>Bochn\u00ed\u010dky sa musia zdvojn\u00e1sobi\u0165.
