Nev\u00e1hala som ani min\u00fatku a na trhu som si k\u00fapila slivky a u\u017e je tu aj kol\u00e1\u010d. Verte mi, je skuto\u010dne v\u00fdnimo\u010dn\u00fd, riadne \u010dokol\u00e1dov\u00fd ( pou\u017eila som prav\u00e9 kakao Callebaut ) a okrem vanilkov\u00e9ho extraktu je v ceste aj tonka fazu\u013ea, ktor\u00e1 svojou v\u00fdraznou chu\u0165ou vytvor\u00ed to nie\u010do extra \ud83d\ude42<br>Recept je rozp\u00edsan\u00fd na kruhov\u00fa formu o priemere 26 cm, je mo\u017en\u00e9 ho upiec\u0165 aj na men\u0161om plechu.<br><strong>Budete potrebova\u0165:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>3 vajcia<\/li><li>1\/4 \u010dl soli<\/li><li>170 g trstinov\u00e9ho cukru<br>125 g masla<\/li><li>1 \u010dl vanilkov\u00e9ho extraktu<\/li><li>1\/2 tonka fazule ( nastr\u00faha\u0165 na jemno)<\/li><li>1 citr\u00f3n<\/li><li>30 g kakaov\u00e9ho pr\u00e1\u0161ku<\/li><li>1\/2 \u010dl pr\u00e1\u0161ku do pe\u010diva<\/li><li>100 ml vla\u017en\u00e9ho mlieka<\/li><li>220 g hladkej \u0161paldovej m\u00faky<\/li><li>1 PL marhu\u013eov\u00e9ho d\u017eemu na potretie<\/li><li>mand\u013eov\u00e9 lupienky  &#8211; nemusia by\u0165<\/li><li>slivky <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>Pr\u00edprava:<br><\/strong>Umyt\u00e9 slivky vyk\u00f4stkujte a rozkrojte na \u0161tvr\u0165ky.<br>Dno tortovej formy vyste\u013ete papierom na pe\u010denie.<br>Z bielkov, soli a 50 g cukru pripravte tuh\u00fd sneh a nechajte ho v chlade.<br>Zmie\u0161ajte preosiat\u00fa m\u00faky, pr\u00e1\u0161ok do pe\u010diva, kakao, nastr\u00fahan\u00fa tonku a aj k\u00f4ru z cel\u00e9ho citr\u00f3nu.<br>Vo v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ej mise vy\u0161\u013eahajte zm\u00e4knut\u00e9 maslo spolu so zvy\u0161n\u00fdm cukrom a vanilkov\u00fdm extraktom do peny. Po jedno prid\u00e1vajte vaje\u010dn\u00e9 \u017e\u013atky a ka\u017ed\u00e9 dobre za\u0161\u013eahajte. Pridajte \u0161\u0165avu z jedn\u00e9ho citr\u00f3nu a vla\u017en\u00e9 mlieko. Premie\u0161ajte a prid\u00e1vajte pripraven\u00fa such\u00fa zmes. mie\u0161ajte tak, aby v ceste neostali stopy m\u00fa\u010dnej zmesi. Do tohto cesta prid\u00e1vajte po \u010dastiach vy\u0161ahan\u00fd sneh z bielkov a jemne ho zapracujte.<br>Vyhrejte r\u00faru na 170 C ( horn\u00fd &#8211; doln\u00fd ohrev).<br>Cesto prelo\u017ete do pripravenej formy, povrch zarovnajte. Cel\u00fd povrch pokryte \u0161tvr\u0165kami sliviek tak, \u017ee ich husto ved\u013ea seba pozapichujete, tak aby polovi\u010dka slivky vy\u010dnievala. Slivky m\u00f4\u017eete posypa\u0165 pl\u00e1tkami mandl\u00ed, alebo aj sekan\u00fdm orechami.<br>Pe\u010dte na 170 C cca 45 &#8211; 55 min\u00fat, urobte si test \u0161pajd\u013eou.<br>Po upe\u010den\u00ed potrite povrch marhu\u013eov\u00fdm d\u017eemom, ktor\u00fd ste rozriedili ly\u017ei\u010dkou teplej vody.
