Do pripravenej drobenky pridajte<br \/>\nroz\u0161\u013eahan\u00e9 vaj\u00ed\u010dko so jedn\u00fdm \u017e\u013atkom a spracujte kompaktn\u00e9 cesto. Ak pracujete ru\u010dne nemieste cesto dlho, aby sa maslo neroztopilo. Ak ostan\u00fa v ceste mali\u010dk\u00e9 k\u00fasky masla, v\u00f4bec to nevad\u00ed, krehk\u00e9 cesto bude chrumkavej\u0161ie. Cesto zaba\u013ete do f\u00f3lie a nechajte ho aspo\u0148 hodinu chladi\u0165. Na doske rozva\u013ekajte cesto na 3 &#8211; 4 mm a vykrajujte labky ( samozrejme, \u017ee to m\u00f4\u017eu by\u0165 r\u00f4zne tvary, alebo ty\u010dinky).<br \/>\nVykrojen\u00e9 k\u00fasky ulo\u017ete na pe\u010diaci papier &#8211; nemus\u00edte nech\u00e1va\u0165 ve\u013ek\u00e9 odstupy, cesto sa pri pe\u010den\u00ed neroztek\u00e1.<br \/>\nTakto pripraven\u00e9 k\u00fasky natrite roz\u0161\u013eahan\u00fdm \u017e\u013atkom ( prid\u00e1vam trochu soli a ly\u017eicu mlieka), posypte hrubou so\u013eou, makom, s\u00e9zamom,<br \/>\nmakom, orechami, alebo rascou &#8230;.pod\u013ea chuti.<br \/>\nPe\u010dte pri 180 C cca 20 &#8211; 25 min\u00fat, pod\u013ea v\u00fdkonu\u00a0 va\u0161ej r\u00fary.
