Recept je pomerne jednoduch\u00fd, aj ke\u010f jeho pr\u00edprava a upe\u010denie vy\u017eaduj\u00fa \u010das. Ako ke\u010f vytv\u00e1rate nie\u010do naozaj dobr\u00e9, v\u00fdnimo\u010dn\u00e9. Ale v\u00fdsledok stoj\u00ed za to.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>\u010co budete potrebova\u0165 na cca. 700-800g bochn\u00edk (20cm forma na srn\u010d\u00ed chrb\u00e1t)<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>200 g p\u0161ena (l\u00fapan\u00e9 proso) &#8211; k\u00fapite v zdravej v\u00fd\u017eive, ale u\u017e aj v mnoh\u00fdch potravin\u00e1ch alebo DM drog\u00e9ri\u00e1ch<\/li>\n<li>100 g svetlej &#8211; bielej quinoi &#8211; ) &#8211; k\u00fapite v zdravej v\u00fd\u017eive, ale u\u017e aj v mnoh\u00fdch potravin\u00e1ch alebo DM drog\u00e9ri\u00e1ch<\/li>\n<li>2 polievkov\u00e9 ly\u017eice \u0161upiek zo psyllia &#8211; k\u00fapite aj v lek\u00e1rni<\/li>\n<li>2 polievkov\u00e9 ly\u017eice psyllia \u2013 semienok &#8211; ak ho nedostanete, bude posta\u010dova\u0165 aj \u013eanov\u00e9 semienko<\/li>\n<li>250 ml vody<\/li>\n<li>3 polievkov\u00e9 ly\u017eice kokosov\u00e9ho tuku (alebo ak\u00e9hoko\u013evek oleja bez pr\u00edchute)<\/li>\n<li>1 \u010dajov\u00e1 ly\u017ei\u010dka medu (alebo javorov\u00e9ho sirupu)<\/li>\n<li>pol \u010dajovej ly\u017ei\u010dky s\u00f3dy bikarb\u00f3ny (alebo natronu)<\/li>\n<li>1 \u010dajov\u00e1 ly\u017ei\u010dka morskej soli<\/li>\n<li>chlebov\u00e9 korenie, pr\u00edpadne zmes korenia pod\u013ea chuti &#8211; rasca, an\u00fdz a pod.<\/li>\n<li>1 polievkov\u00e1 ly\u017eica jablkov\u00e9ho octu (alebo biele balsamico)<\/li>\n<li>100 ml vody<\/li>\n<li>tekvicov\u00e9 jadierka alebo slne\u010dnicov\u00e9 na posyp chleb\u00edka<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em>Postup:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>P\u0161eno a\u00a0quinou namo\u010dte do studenej vody min. na 8 hod\u00edn (m\u00f4\u017eete necha\u0165 cez noc). Pred pr\u00edpravou sce\u010fte, prepl\u00e1chnite a\u00a0nechajte odkvapka\u0165 na site.<\/li>\n<li>\u0160upky a\u00a0semienka zo psyllia namo\u010dte do 250 ml studenej vody a\u00a0nechajte 10 min\u00fat napu\u010da\u0165. Natrite formu na chlieb (cca 20 cm) trochou kokosov\u00e9ho tuku (alebo olejom) a\u00a0vyste\u013ete ju papierom na pe\u010denie. R\u00faru predhrejte na 160 \u00b0C (bez ventil\u00e1tora)<\/li>\n<li>Do namo\u010den\u00e9ho psyllia pridajte ostatn\u00e9 suroviny, premie\u0161ajte a\u00a0vlejte zmes k\u00a0p\u0161enu a\u00a0quinoi. Ponorn\u00fdm v\u00fdkonn\u00fdm mix\u00e9rom rozmixujte (ak nem\u00e1te foodprocesor).\u00a0 Vznikne v\u00e1m vl\u00e1\u010dne cesto, nevad\u00ed ak p\u00e1r zrniek ostane vcelku. Ak by bolo va\u0161e cesto pr\u00edli\u0161 tuh\u00e9 pridajte trochu vody.<\/li>\n<li>Takto pripraven\u00e9 cesto vlo\u017ete do formy a\u00a0m\u00f4\u017eete ho povrchu posypa\u0165 slne\u010dnicou, alebo tekvicov\u00fdmi semienkami a dajte do vyhriatej r\u00fary. Pe\u010dte 45 min\u00fat. Po tomto \u010dase nare\u017ete stred chleb\u00edka pozd\u013a\u017ene asi do 1 cm h\u013abky ostr\u00fdm no\u017eom, vlo\u017ete formu sp\u00e4\u0165 do r\u00fary a\u00a0pe\u010dte \u010fal\u0161\u00edch 45 min\u00fat.<\/li>\n<li>Upe\u010den\u00fd chleb\u00edk vyberte aj s\u00a0papierom a\u00a0<strong>nechajte ho \u00faplne vychladn\u00fa\u0165<\/strong> mimo formy, v ktorej ste ho piekli aby nezvlhol.
