U\u017e viackr\u00e1t som p\u00edsala, \u017ee je najlep\u0161ie ma\u0165 doma nie\u010do upe\u010den\u00e9 z kvalitn\u00fdch surov\u00edn, bez mno\u017estva pridan\u00fdch pr\u00edsad, ktor\u00e9 s\u00edce predl\u017euj\u00fa \u017eivotnos\u0165, vylep\u0161uj\u00fa chu\u0165 nie celkom<br\/>kvalitn\u00fdm surovin\u00e1m a dok\u00e1\u017eu udr\u017ea\u0165 tvar pe\u010diva. <br\/>Osobne nepotrebujem ma\u0165 doma pe\u010divo so 6 &#8211; mesa\u010dnou trvanlivos\u0165ou. Tieto ta\u0161ti\u010dky si m\u00f4\u017eete upiec\u0165 a ak m\u00e1te obavu, \u017ee ich zjete viac na jedno posedenie, zamrazte si ich a vyberte len to\u013eko, aby ste mali pre ka\u017ed\u00e9ho k\u00fasok \ud83d\ude42<br\/>Na trhu som si k\u00fapila vo\u0148av\u00e9 dom\u00e1ce jab\u013a\u010dka a preto som sa rozhodla robi\u0165 jablkov\u00fa plnku (m\u00e1m ju najrad\u0161ej), ale ta\u0161ti\u010dky s\u00fa chutn\u00e9 aj s tvarohovou, \u010di orechovou plnkou, alebo pudingovou a ovoc\u00edm. Nastr\u00fahane jablk\u00e1 dajte do ve\u013ekej panvice, pridajte \u0161koricu a ak s\u00fa kysl\u00e9 tak aj 2-3 ly\u017eice cukru. Na miernom ohni zmes poduste, aby neostala v jablk\u00e1ch \u0161\u0165ava. Odstavte panvicu z oh\u0148a a vmie\u0161ajte orechy. Ak ob\u013eubujete v n\u00e1plni hrozienka, alebo su\u0161en\u00e9 brusnice, pridajte ich po\u010das dusenia jab\u013ak.<br\/>Pripraven\u00fa zmes nechajte vychladi\u0165.<br\/><strong>Na cesto budete potrebova\u0165 (20 k\u00faskov):<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>500g hladkej \u0161pladovej m\u00faky<\/li><li>100 ml oleja<\/li><li>100 g bieleho jogurtu 3,5%<\/li><li>1 ks vajce<\/li><li>1 \u010dl vanilkov\u00e9ho extraktu<\/li><li>k\u00f4ra z jedn\u00e9ho citr\u00f3na<\/li><li>100 g mlet\u00e9ho trstinov\u00e9ho cukru<\/li><li>12g pr\u00e1\u0161ku do pe\u010diva bez fosf\u00e1tov<\/li><li>1\/4 \u010dl soli<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Postup:<\/strong><br\/>Do misy preosejte m\u00faku, pridajte so\u013e a pr\u00e1\u0161ok do pe\u010diva a premie\u0161ajte.<br\/>V druhej mise zmie\u0161ajte cukor, vanilkov\u00fd extrakt, cel\u00e9 vajce, olej a jogurt, k\u00fdm nevznikne kr\u00e9movit\u00e1 zmes. Do tejto zmesi postupne zamie\u0161ajte such\u00fa zmes a vytvorte kompaktn\u00e9 cesto, ktor\u00e9 sa nelep\u00ed na prsty. Mo\u017eno nepou\u017eijete cel\u00e9 mno\u017estvo m\u00faky, z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed od ve\u013ekosti vajca a typu m\u00faky. Vypracovan\u00e9 cesto zaba\u013ete do f\u00f3lie a odlo\u017ete na hodinu do chladni\u010dky.<br\/>Cesto rozde\u013ete na 5 rovnak\u00fdch k\u00faskov a postupne ka\u017ed\u00fd rozva\u013ekajte na kruh s priemerom cca 20 &#8211; 22 cm. Kruh rozkrojte na 4 diely. V ka\u017edom dieliku ostr\u00fdm no\u017eom ( alebo radielkom) urobte po bokoch dva z\u00e1rezy tak, aby sa z\u00e1rezy nespojili. \u010cas\u0165 plnky sformujte do val\u010deka a polo\u017ete ju do stredu dielika a na n\u00e1pl\u0148 prelo\u017ete narezan\u00e9 strany. Spodn\u00fa \u010das\u0165 zarovnajte, dobre zatla\u010dte a odkrojte prebyto\u010dn\u00e9 cesto.\u00a0<br\/>Ta\u0161ti\u010dky pe\u010dte na 180\u00b0C cca 12 min\u00fat do ru\u017eova. Hne\u010f po upe\u010den\u00e9 s\u00fa ta\u0161ti\u010dky kr\u00e1sne chrumkav\u00e9, ak ich budete skladova\u0165 v uzatvorenej n\u00e1dobke trochu zm\u00e4kn\u00fa.
