Ak m\u00e1te \u0165a\u017ekosti s tr\u00e1ven\u00edm, trp\u00edte nafukovan\u00edm, pocitom pln\u00e9ho brucha je \u010das prejs\u0165 na kv\u00e1skov\u00e9 pe\u010divo a chlieb (ak v\u00e1m nebola diagnostikovan\u00e1 intolerancia \u010di alergia na niektor\u00fa potravinu).<br \/>\nZ praxe viem, \u017ee dos\u0165 \u013eud\u00ed m\u00e1 tr\u00e1viace probl\u00e9my sp\u00f4soben\u00e9 pr\u00e1ve dro\u017ed\u00edm a po jeho z\u00e1mene za kv\u00e1sok prich\u00e1dza \u00fa\u013eava.<br \/>\nT\u00e1to zmena ale netrv\u00e1 p\u00e1r dn\u00ed. Prv\u00e9 v\u00fdsledky pri dodr\u017eiavan\u00ed pravidiel poc\u00edtite po 2-3 mesiacoch, ale oplat\u00ed sa to vydr\u017ea\u0165 pre vlastn\u00e9 zdravie.<br \/>\nDro\u017edie n\u00e1m umo\u017e\u0148uje ma\u0165 r\u00fdchlo chlieb, kol\u00e1\u010d, \u010di pizzu, ale <strong>to \u010do je r\u00fdchle nemus\u00ed by\u0165 aj pre n\u00e1s najvhodnej\u0161ie<\/strong>.<br \/>\nNa to si spomeniem v\u017edy, ke\u010f vid\u00edm pln\u00e9 pulty v potravin\u00e1ch s pripraven\u00fdmi l\u00e1kav\u00fdmi &#8222;dobrotami&#8220; \ud83d\ude42 A to je d\u00f4vod pre\u010do som pre\u0161la na kv\u00e1skovanie a sama som sa presved\u010dila o jeho v\u00fdhod\u00e1ch.<br \/>\nM\u00e1m ve\u013emi rada dom\u00e1ci <a href=\"http:\/\/www.jarkapecie.sk\/?p=1493\">kv\u00e1skov\u00fd chlieb<\/a>, pizzu, pe\u010divo a aj sladk\u00e9 kv\u00e1skov\u00e9 cesto.<br \/>\nPreto som h\u013eadala v knih\u00e1ch, v r\u00f4znych skupin\u00e1ch na FB\u00a0a sk\u00fa\u0161ala som cesto, z ktor\u00e9ho m\u00f4\u017eem upiec\u0165 kv\u00e1skov\u00fd ovocn\u00fd kol\u00e1\u010d, jablkov\u00fd, alebo makov\u00fd z\u00e1vin, plnen\u00fd vkro\u010d, alebo len \u0161koricov\u00e9 slim\u00e1ky.<br \/>\nTento recept splnil moje o\u010dak\u00e1vania, cesto som pripravila a nechala som ho 3 dni v chladni\u010dke a postupne som z neho odoberala a piekla.<\/p>\n<p>Upiekla som skvel\u00fd slivkov\u00fd kol\u00e1\u010d, orechov\u00fd z\u00e1vin s malinami a aj kv\u00e1skov\u00fa brio\u0161ku a e\u0161te mi ostalo cesto, tak som\u00a0jeden diel\u00a0 zamrazila a po \u010dase vysk\u00fa\u0161am, ako sa pe\u010die z rozmrazen\u00e9ho dom\u00e1ceho\u00a0 kv\u00e1skov\u00e9ho cesta.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-2087\" src=\"http:\/\/www.jarkapecie.sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/SladkeCesto-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1200\" height=\"800\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.jarkapecie.sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/SladkeCesto-2.jpg 1200w, https:\/\/www.jarkapecie.sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/SladkeCesto-2-595x397.jpg 595w, https:\/\/www.jarkapecie.sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/SladkeCesto-2-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.jarkapecie.sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/SladkeCesto-2-960x640.jpg 960w, https:\/\/www.jarkapecie.sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/SladkeCesto-2-150x100.jpg 150w, https:\/\/www.jarkapecie.sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/SladkeCesto-2-600x400.jpg 600w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1200px) 100vw, 1200px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Pr\u00edprava rozkvasu ( \u0161tarteru) :<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>40 g kv\u00e1sku ( z chladni\u010dky)- pou\u017eila som ra\u017en\u00fd kv\u00e1sok<\/li>\n<li>150 g hladkej \u0161paldovej m\u00faky<\/li>\n<li>130 g vody<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><strong>Postup:<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\nV\u0161etko premie\u0161ajte vo vy\u0161\u0161ej n\u00e1dobe, zakryte f\u00f3liou a nechajte na linke 8 &#8211; 12\u00a0 hod\u00edn.<br \/>\n\u010cas nakysnutia \u0161tart\u00e9ru z\u00e1vis\u00ed od sily kv\u00e1sku a teploty\u00a0v miestnosti.<br \/>\nJa v\u00e4\u010d\u0161inou zaklad\u00e1m rozkvas (\u0161tart\u00e9r) neskoro ve\u010der a r\u00e1no miesim cesto.<br \/>\nZ pripraven\u00e9ho rozkvasu (\u00a0 \u0161tarteru) si odlo\u017ete do \u010distej n\u00e1doby a 250 &#8211; 300 g pou\u017eite do cesta <em><strong>spolu s t\u00fdmito surovinami:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>550 g \u0161paldov\u00e1 m\u00faka ( m\u00f4\u017eete mie\u0161a\u0165 hladk\u00fa a polohrub\u00fa)<\/li>\n<li>200 ml vla\u017en\u00e9ho mlieka<\/li>\n<li>2 vajcia<\/li>\n<li>1 \u017e\u013atok<\/li>\n<li>120 g cukru<\/li>\n<li>20 g masla ( zm\u00e4knut\u00e9 )<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 \u010dl soli<\/li>\n<li>1 \u010dl vanilkov\u00e9ho extraktu<\/li>\n<li>k\u00f4ra z jedn\u00e9ho citr\u00f3nu ( chemicky neo\u0161etren\u00e9ho)<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 \u010dl mlet\u00e9ho kardam\u00f3nu ( m\u00f4\u017eete nahradi\u0165 str\u00fahan\u00fdm mu\u0161k\u00e1tov\u00fdm orie\u0161kom)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><strong>Postup:<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\nDo n\u00e1doby dajte cel\u00fd rozkvas, vajcia, cukor, preosiatu m\u00faku, so\u013e, k\u00f4ru z citr\u00f3na.<br \/>\n\u010cas\u0165 mlieka rozmie\u0161ajte s rozkvasom a pridajte k surovin\u00e1m.<br \/>\nOstatn\u00e9 mlieko pridajte k cestu postupne, ka\u017ed\u00e1 m\u00faka potrebuje in\u00e9 mno\u017estvo tekutiny.<br \/>\nV\u0161etko spracujte v robote cca 5 min\u00fat, aby sa suroviny dobre prepojili.<br \/>\nPotom pridajte zm\u00e4knut\u00e9 maslo a mie\u0161ajte e\u0161te 10 &#8211; 15 min\u00fat, k\u00fdm z\u00edskate hladk\u00e9 leskl\u00e9 cesto.
