Cesto bude pru\u017en\u00e9 a pekne leskl\u00e9. Vypracovan\u00e9 cesto vlo\u017ete do v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ej misy a po\u010das prvej hodiny ho aspo\u0148 2 x prelo\u017ete. Potom ho nechajte pri izbovej teplote kysn\u00fa\u0165 2 &#8211; 3 hodiny.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Medzit\u00fdm si pripravte plnku:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>200 g mlet\u00e9ho maku<\/li>\n<li>1 vanilkov\u00fd puding ( pr\u00e1\u0161ok )<\/li>\n<li>300 ml vody<\/li>\n<li>50 g \u010dere\u0161\u0148ov\u00e9ho d\u017eemu ( lekv\u00e1ru )<\/li>\n<li>50 g cukru<\/li>\n<li>odk\u00f4stkovan\u00e9 \u010dere\u0161ne ( m\u00f4\u017eu by\u0165 aj vi\u0161ne)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Vo vode rozmie\u0161ajte pudingov\u00fd pr\u00e1\u0161ok, mak, d\u017eem, cukor a nechajte vari\u0165, k\u00fdm nie je plnka hust\u00e1. Obd\u013a\u017enik natrite plnkou okraje cca 1,5 cm nechajte vo\u013en\u00e9. Plnku posypte \u010dere\u0161\u0148ami a cesto zrolujte.<br \/>\nZ\u00e1vin rozkrojte pozd\u013a\u017ene na dve polovice tak, \u017ee za\u010dnete asi 2 cm od horn\u00e9ho okraju a re\u017eete a\u017e do konca.
