(Toto mi k nej nap\u00edsala\u00a0kamar\u00e1tka, ktor\u00e1 si ju objednala :))<br \/>\nKe\u010f\u017ee je n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e1 na suroviny (odpor\u00fa\u010dam kvalitn\u00e9 suroviny) a je pln\u00e1 kal\u00f3ri\u00ed je ur\u010den\u00e1 na v\u00fdnimo\u010dn\u00e9 pr\u00edle\u017eitosti. Uvarte si mal\u00fa siln\u00fa k\u00e1vu. Odde\u013ete \u017e\u013atky od bielkov.<br \/>\nBielky \u0161\u013eahajte a\u00a0ke\u010f za\u010dne hmota hustn\u00fa\u0165 postupne v\u0161\u013eah\u00e1vajte v\u0161etok cukor. Do rozpustenej \u010dokol\u00e1dy s\u00a0maslom vlejte hor\u00facu k\u00e1vu, premie\u0161ajte a\u00a0po\u00a0jednom za\u0161\u013eah\u00e1vajte \u017e\u013atky.<br \/>\nDo tejto tekutej masy pomaly zamie\u0161ajte sneh z\u00a0bielkov a\u00a0cukru a\u00a0na z\u00e1ver vmie\u0161ajte such\u00fa zmes. Ru\u010dn\u00fdm \u0161\u013eaha\u010dom \u0161\u013eahajte na najmen\u0161\u00edch obr\u00e1tkach 20 min\u00fat. Nemus\u00edte nepretr\u017eite \u0161\u013eaha\u0165, ale dozrite, aby sa v\u00e1m kr\u00e9m neprichytil na dno misky. Takto uvaren\u00fd kr\u00e9m nechajte vychladi\u0165 (ja si ho pripravujem de\u0148 vopred ak je mo\u017enos\u0165).<br \/>\nKr\u00e9m chladnut\u00edm e\u0161te zhustne. Vychladnut\u00fd kr\u00e9m po ly\u017eiciach prid\u00e1vajte do roz\u0161\u013eahan\u00e9ho masla. Obidve zlo\u017eky maj\u00fa ma\u0165 rovnak\u00fa teplotu, preto si maslo vyber\u00e1m ve\u010der a\u00a0nech\u00e1vam s\u00a0kr\u00e9mom v\u00a0jednej miestnosti.\u00a0 Z\u00edskate nad\u00fdchan\u00fd jemn\u00fd kr\u00e9m, ktor\u00fd ke\u010f v\u00e1m n\u00e1hodou ostane m\u00f4\u017eete zmrazi\u0165 a\u00a0pou\u017ei\u0165 nesk\u00f4r.<br \/>\nTortov\u00fd korpus rozre\u017ete na tri diely, spodn\u00fd natrite d\u017eemom (ja som pou\u017eila brusnice, ale dobr\u00e9 s\u00fa aj r\u00edbezle)<br \/>\nDajte prv\u00fa vrstvu kr\u00e9mu, prilo\u017ete druh\u00fa \u010das\u0165 a\u00a0znovu dajte d\u017eem a\u00a0kr\u00e9m.<br \/>\nPrikryte tret\u00edm dielom a\u00a0cel\u00fa tortu potiahnite kr\u00e9mom. Dajte do chladni\u010dky stuhn\u00fa\u0165.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Poleva \u2013 robila som ganache z\u00a0\u010dokol\u00e1dy a\u00a0smotany.<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\n<em><strong>Budete potrebova\u0165:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>150 ml \u0161\u013eaha\u010dkovej smotany min. 33%<\/li>\n<li>150 g horkej \u010dokol\u00e1dy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Smotanu rozohrejte v\u00a0hrnci (nesmie sa vari\u0165) odlo\u017ete a\u00a0dajte do nej nal\u00e1man\u00fa \u010dokol\u00e1du a\u00a0mie\u0161ajte k\u00fdm sa neroztop\u00ed. Vymie\u0161ajte kr\u00e9m. Po okrajoch torty si ly\u017ei\u010dkou nan\u00e1\u0161ajte tekut\u00fd kr\u00e9m tak, aby mohol trochu steka\u0165 po bokoch torty. Ke\u010f urob\u00edte cel\u00fd okruh torty natrite kr\u00e9m na povrch torty.<br \/>\nAk v\u00e1m kr\u00e9m zhustol pridajte trochu smotany.<br \/>\nTortu m\u00f4\u017eete potiahnu\u0165 aj va\u0161im ob\u013e\u00faben\u00fdm sp\u00f4sobom. Ja m\u00e1m rada \u201e neuhladen\u00fd\u201c v\u00fdzor torty.<br \/>\n<em><strong>\u010cokol\u00e1dov\u00e9 stru\u017elinky:<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\nTo bola pre m\u0148a \u010fal\u0161ia v\u00fdzva a\u00a0ve\u013emi sa mi v\u00fdsledok p\u00e1\u010dil a\u00a0aj t\u00e1 jednoduchos\u0165 pr\u00edpravy.<br \/>\n<em><strong>A ako na to:<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\nRozpustite si nad parou 50-80 g kvalitnej \u010dokol\u00e1dy. \u010cokol\u00e1du vylejte na pe\u010diaci papier, mierne rozotrite a\u00a0prikryte druh\u00fdm pe\u010diacim papierom a\u00a0\u010dokol\u00e1du takto na ten\u00fa\u010dko rozotierajte od stredu do str\u00e1n.<br \/>\nRob\u00ed sa to dobre, len bu\u010fte trpezliv\u00fd. Ke\u010f m\u00e1te \u010dokol\u00e1du medzi papiermi tenko rozotret\u00fa zrolujte papier na tenk\u00fa rolku a\u00a0vlo\u017ete aspo\u0148 na hodinu do chladni\u010dky. Pred ozdoben\u00edm torty papier pomaly odstra\u0148ujte a\u00a0\u010dokol\u00e1dov\u00e1 rolka bude puka\u0165 a\u00a0vytvoria sa v\u00e1m kr\u00e1sne stru\u017elinky a\u00a0\u00falomky na ozdobu.
