V mix\u00e9ri r\u00fdchlo spracujte (najlep\u0161ie s funkciou Puls) tak, aby sa vytvorila drobenka, pridajte vaje\u010dn\u00fd \u017e\u013atok a \u013eadov\u00fa vodu a znovu p\u00e1rkr\u00e1t zmixujte. Na doske spracujte cesto do bochn\u00ed\u010dka a vo f\u00f3lii ho nechajte aspo\u0148 hodinu v chladni\u010dke.<br \/>\nCesto m\u00f4\u017eete ma\u0165 v chladni\u010dke aj 2 dni.<br \/>\nPred pe\u010den\u00edm ho vyberte v\u010das z chladni\u010dky, aby zm\u00e4klo a dalo sa vyva\u013eka\u0165 do formy.<br \/>\nJe ve\u013emi d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9, aby ste pri pr\u00edprave pracovali s vychladen\u00fdmi surovinami postupovali r\u00fdchlo.<br \/>\nTak toti\u017e vznikne celkom krehk\u00e9 chrumkav\u00e9 cesto.<br \/>\nAk vid\u00edte po zmixovan\u00ed v ceste mal\u00e9 k\u00fasky masla nie je to chyba, tak sa po upe\u010den\u00ed vytvor\u00ed krehk\u00e1 vrstva korpusu.<br \/>\nCesto pred plnen\u00edm vyva\u013ekajte do formy a popichajte ho vidli\u010dkou.<br \/>\nV\u017edy pri slan\u00fdch kol\u00e1\u010doch cesto predpe\u010diem pri teplote 200\u00b0C asi 10 min\u00fat.<br \/>\nPredpe\u010den\u00fd korpus m\u00e1 by\u0165 pevn\u00fd, ale nie upe\u010den\u00fd do hneda.<br \/>\nPredpe\u010den\u00fd korpus hne\u010f natriem tenkou vrstvou vaje\u010dn\u00e9ho bielka, ktor\u00e9 na hor\u00facou korpuse r\u00fdchlo uschne a nedovol\u00ed n\u00e1plni, aby bolo cesto po upe\u010den\u00ed mokr\u00e9.
