Do \u017e\u013atkovej peny vmie\u0161ajte kysl\u00fa smotanu, potom vmie\u0161ajte tuh\u00fd sneh a na z\u00e1ver vmie\u0161ajte preosiatu m\u00faku.\u00a0 Pripravte si h\u00e1rky pe\u010diaceho papiera, na ktor\u00fd si vyzna\u010dte kruhy o priemere 18 cm na spodn\u00fa stranu. Cesto si prelo\u017ete do cukr\u00e1rskeho s\u00e1\u010dku a vypl\u0148te postupne v\u0161etky predzna\u010den\u00e9 kruhy. Hr\u00fabka by mala by\u0165 cca 4 mm. Celkovo si pripravte 8 kruhov. Pe\u010dte ich pri teplote 180\u00b0C do zlatista (u m\u0148a to bolo 10 &#8211; 12 min\u00fat). Nechajte ich vychladn\u00fa\u0165 a odstr\u00e1\u0148te papier.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Pr\u00edprava kr\u00e9mu:<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\nV mix\u00e9ri \u0161\u013eahajte \u017e\u013atky s vajcom do peny. Cukor s vodou dajte vari\u0165 do hrnca,ke\u010f sa cukor rozpust\u00ed za\u010dne zmes hustn\u00fa\u0165. Stiahnite zmes zo spor\u00e1ku, aby sa netvoril karamel. Opatrne sirup prilievajte do vaje\u010dnej zmesi a st\u00e1le \u0161\u013eahajte, k\u00fdm nevznikne hust\u00e1 svetl\u00e1 pena. (t\u00fdmto sp\u00f4sobom\u00a0 pr\u00edpravy dosiahnete, \u017ee hor\u00faca cukrov\u00e1 voda pasterizuje vajcia a nemus\u00edte dlho \u0161\u013eaha\u0165 nad parou).\u00a0 \u010cokol\u00e1du roztopte na parou a nechajte vychladn\u00fa\u0165. Do vychladnenej \u017e\u013atkovej hmoty pridajte maslo nakr\u00e1jan\u00e9 na kocky, roztopen\u00fa \u010dokol\u00e1du a kakao. V\u0161etko vymie\u0161ajte v hladk\u00fd kr\u00e9m.<br \/>\nOdlo\u017ete si jeden pl\u00e1t a trochu kr\u00e9mu na zdobenie.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Pr\u00edprava sirupu:<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\nzvarte vodu, cukor a rum.<br \/>\nOstatn\u00e9 vychladnut\u00e9 pl\u00e1ty postupne natrite pripraven\u00fdm sirupom a tenkou vrstvou kr\u00e9mu. Postupne ich ukladajte na seba. Opatrne ho vyberte ( karamel je ve\u013emi hor\u00faci) a namo\u010denou stranou ho polo\u017ete na dosku.
