A aj dnes sa mi to podarilo. Na prv\u00fd poh\u013ead oby\u010dajn\u00fd mre\u017eovn\u00edk, ale zdanie klame.<br \/>\nCesto je z celozrnnej \u0161paldovej m\u00faky, je kr\u00e1sne chrumkav\u00e9 a jemn\u00e9. Nepou\u017e\u00edvam vaje\u010dn\u00fd bielok a dom\u00e1ce vaje\u010dn\u00e9 \u017e\u013atka zjemnili cesto. Do klasick\u00e9ho mre\u017eovn\u00edka sta\u010d\u00ed dobr\u00fd d\u017eem, v tomto hraj\u00fa hlavn\u00fa \u00falohu dom\u00e1ce \u0161\u0165avnat\u00e9 jab\u013a\u010dka &#8211; a je ich tam riadna vrstva.<br \/>\nAk sa rozhodnete vysk\u00fa\u0161a\u0165 tento jablkov\u00fd z\u00e1zrak, vyberte si &#8220; m\u00e4kk\u0161ie&#8220; jablk\u00e1, r\u00fdchlej\u0161ie sa prepe\u010d\u00fa. Pridan\u00edm brusnicov\u00e9ho d\u017eemu a citr\u00f3novej \u0161\u0165avy s medom vznikla kr\u00e1sna sladko &#8211; kysl\u00e1 chu\u0165. Ak nem\u00e1te brusnice vysk\u00fa\u0161ajte r\u00edbez\u013eov\u00fd d\u017eem.<br \/>\nPo upe\u010den\u00ed odpor\u00fa\u010dam necha\u0165 \u00faplne vychladi\u0165, ja som to neurobila a je to vidie\u0165 &#8211; nedo\u010dkav\u00e1 som bola \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>A tu je recept:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>300 g hladkej celozrnnej \u0161paldovej m\u00faky<\/li>\n<li>200 g dobr\u00e9ho studen\u00e9ho masla<\/li>\n<li>100 g cukru<\/li>\n<li>2 \u017e\u013atky<\/li>\n<li>\u0161tipka soli<\/li>\n<li>1-2 ly\u017eice studenej vody (pod\u013ea potreby)<\/li>\n<li>hrs\u0165 mlet\u00fdch orechov<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><strong>Postup:<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\nV\u0161etky suroviny spravujte do hladk\u00e9ho cesta a vo f\u00f3lii ho nechajte 30 min\u00fat odpo\u010din\u00fa\u0165.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Pripravte si n\u00e1pl\u0148:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4-5 jab\u013ak<\/li>\n<li>100 g brusnicov\u00e9ho d\u017eemu<\/li>\n<li>100 g mand\u013eov\u00fdch lupienkov<\/li>\n<li>50 g medu<\/li>\n<li>\u0161\u0165ava z jedn\u00e9ho citr\u00f3nu<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><strong>Postup:<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\nJablk\u00e1 o\u0161\u00fapte a nakr\u00e1jajte na tenk\u00e9 pl\u00e1tky. Pridajte citr\u00f3nov\u00fa \u0161\u0165avu, tekut\u00fd med, brusnicov\u00fd d\u017eem a mand\u013eov\u00e9 lupienky a dobre premie\u0161ajte.<br \/>\nCesto vyva\u013ekajte, cca 1\/4 si odlo\u017ete a ostatn\u00e9 dajte do formy, ktor\u00fa ste vystlali papierom na pe\u010denie. Ja som mala klasick\u00fa tortov\u00fa formu 26 cm priemer. Cestom vylo\u017ete aj boky tak do v\u00fd\u0161ky 3-4 cm.<br \/>\nDno popichajte vidli\u010dkou a posypte mlet\u00fdmi orechmi (resp. opra\u017eenou str\u00fahankou). Takto pripraven\u00fa formu napl\u0148te jablkovou plnkou, urovnajte.
