Vie by\u0165 pekne sychrav\u00e1 a vtedy navar\u00edm pln\u00fa kanvicu dobr\u00e9ho \u010daju s medom, citr\u00f3nom a z\u00e1zvorom a k tomu \u010derstvo upe\u010den\u00fd slan\u00fd os\u00fach.<br \/>\nKysnut\u00e9 cesto mi ve\u013emi chut\u00ed, ale nepotrebujem ho ve\u013ea, sta\u010d\u00ed centimetrov\u00fd podklad z cesta a na tom riadna n\u00e1pl\u0148&#8230; a je u\u017e na v\u00e1s \u010di si d\u00e1te na cesto slivky, marhule, jablk\u00e1, puding, \u010di mak &#8211; to s\u00fa sladk\u00e9 verzie, alebo sa dnes rozhodnete pre slan\u00fa chu\u0165.<br \/>\nAj pri slan\u00fdch verzi\u00e1ch je ve\u013ea mo\u017enost\u00ed a tak som sa dnes rozhodla pre bryndzu, kysl\u00fa smotanu, oravsk\u00fa slaninu a k\u00f4por. Rovnako dobre chut\u00ed so \u0161pen\u00e1tom a smotanou, alebo len s kyslou smotanou a k\u00f4prom. Pr\u00edprava je jednoduch\u00e1 a tu je pre v\u00e1s recept.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.jarkapecie.sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/BryndzovnikSKoprom-4.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-173\" src=\"http:\/\/www.jarkapecie.sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/BryndzovnikSKoprom-4.jpg\" alt=\"BryndzovnikSKoprom-4\" width=\"272\" height=\"411\" \/><\/a>Na cesto budete potrebova\u0165:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>250 g hladkej \u0161paldovej m\u00faky<\/li>\n<li>20 g \u010derstv\u00e9ho dro\u017edia<\/li>\n<li>1 vajce<\/li>\n<li>50 ml oleja<\/li>\n<li>so\u013e<\/li>\n<li>150 ml vla\u017enej vody<\/li>\n<li>\u0161tipku cukru<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><strong>Pr\u00edprava:<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\nDro\u017edie rozmie\u0161ajte vo vla\u017enej vode s cukrom a nechajte 10 min\u00fat post\u00e1\u0165. V mise zmie\u0161ajte m\u00faku, so\u013e (pri slanej verzii viac oso\u013ete), jedno vajce a olej. Pridajte kv\u00e1sok a vypracujte red\u0161ie cesto. Prikryt\u00e9 nechajte aspo\u0148 30 min\u00fat kysn\u00fa\u0165.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Pokia\u013e v\u00e1m cesto kysne, m\u00e1te dostatok \u010dasu na to pripravi\u0165 si n\u00e1pl\u0148:<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\n500 g ov\u010dej bryndze vymie\u0161ajte s 200 g kyslej poch\u00fa\u0165kovej smotany, pridajte 1-2 vaj\u00ed\u010dka, na drobno nakr\u00e1jan\u00fa slaninu (mno\u017estvo prenech\u00e1m na v\u00e1s :)) a nakr\u00e1jan\u00fa \u010derstv\u00fa k\u00f4prov\u00fa v\u0148a\u0165 (t\u00fa m\u00f4\u017eete nahradi\u0165 pa\u017e\u00edtkou). V\u0161etko dobre premie\u0161ajte.<br \/>\nPlech na pe\u010denie (m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 aj ve\u013ek\u00e1 okr\u00fahla forma na pizzu) natrite riadne olejom a rukami roztiahnite kysnut\u00e9 cesto na hr\u00fabku cca. 5 mm.<br \/>\nPovrch natrite pripravenou plnkou a pe\u010dte v predhriatej r\u00fare na 180\u00b0C cca. 20 &#8211; 25 min\u00fat. Po upe\u010den\u00ed m\u00f4\u017eete e\u0161te prizdobi\u0165 \u010derstv\u00fdmi bylinkami.<br \/>\nNajlep\u0161ie chut\u00ed \u010derstv\u00fd priamo z r\u00fary.
