P\u00f4vod tohto dezertu siaha \u010faleko do hist\u00f3rie a p\u00edsomn\u00e9 zmienky o nej sa na\u0161li v roku 1796 na viedenskom dvore, kde sa za\u010dala pod\u00e1va\u0165 \u0161tr\u00fad\u013ea ako viedensk\u00fd dezert. Nemenej ob\u013e\u00faben\u00e1 je v Ma\u010farsku, ale aj na Slovensku sa dobr\u00e1 \u0161tr\u00fad\u013ea te\u0161\u00ed z\u00e1ujmu.<br \/>\nDoma sme ju pripravovali v\u017edy z \u0165ahan\u00e9ho cesta, \u010do bola dos\u0165 ve\u013ek\u00e1 z\u00e1bava a vy\u017eadovalo si to okrem \u0161ikovn\u00fdch r\u00fak, dobr\u00e9 cesto a dos\u0165 trpezlivosti.<br \/>\nNesk\u00f4r sme pripravovali cesto in\u00fdmi sp\u00f4sobmi, r\u00fdchlej\u0161ie, bez vy\u0165ahovania na obruse a dokonca sme pou\u017eili aj l\u00edstkov\u00e9 cesto z obchodu. Ale to u\u017e pod\u013ea m\u0148a nebola \u0161tr\u00fad\u013ea, bol to z\u00e1vin s jablkami, makom, alebo tvarohom.<br \/>\nPrav\u00e1 \u0161tr\u00fad\u013ea musela by\u0165\u00a0 z tenu\u010dk\u00e9ho chrumkav\u00e9ho cesta bez cukru a pln\u00e1 jab\u013a\u010dok, orechov, \u0161korice, hrozienok a masla.<br \/>\nNiekedy sme do jab\u013a\u010dok prid\u00e1vali mak, alebo sme piekli tvarohov\u00fa \u0161tr\u00fad\u013eu s hrozienkami.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-1665\" src=\"http:\/\/www.jarkapecie.sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/DomacaStrudla-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1200\" height=\"800\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.jarkapecie.sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/DomacaStrudla-1.jpg 1200w, https:\/\/www.jarkapecie.sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/DomacaStrudla-1-595x397.jpg 595w, https:\/\/www.jarkapecie.sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/DomacaStrudla-1-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.jarkapecie.sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/DomacaStrudla-1-960x640.jpg 960w, https:\/\/www.jarkapecie.sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/DomacaStrudla-1-150x100.jpg 150w, https:\/\/www.jarkapecie.sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/DomacaStrudla-1-600x400.jpg 600w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1200px) 100vw, 1200px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Ur\u010dit\u00fa dobu sme mali doma tak\u00fato viano\u010dn\u00fa trad\u00edciu:<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\nNa \u0160tedr\u00fd de\u0148 urobila mama dobr\u00e9 cesto, schovala ho pod vyhriaty hrniec a ke\u010f si odd\u00fdchlo, za\u010dali sme na kuchynskom stole prikrytom obrusom pomaly vy\u0165ahova\u0165 dovtedy, k\u00fdm nebolo tenu\u010dk\u00e9 a dala sa dobre vidie\u0165 vzorka na obruse. Ke\u010f\u017ee to bola sviato\u010dn\u00e1 \u0161tr\u00fad\u013ea plnila ju mama vrstvou makovej plnky, vi\u0161n\u00ed, jablkovej plnky a orechovej plnky.<br \/>\nObrovsk\u00fa \u0161tr\u00fad\u013ea bohato pokropen\u00fa maslom sme prelo\u017eili na plech\u00a0v tvare &#8222;U&#8220; a ja doteraz c\u00edtim jej v\u00f4\u0148u pri pe\u010den\u00ed &#8211; kr\u00e1sne sladk\u00fa maslov\u00fa v\u00f4\u0148u pln\u00fa jab\u013a\u010dok,maku, \u0161korice a orechov \ud83d\ude42<br \/>\nBol to najlep\u0161\u00ed z\u00e1kusok na Vianoce.<br \/>\nDnes u\u017e nerob\u00edm \u0161tr\u00fad\u013eu z \u0165ahan\u00e9ho cesta, ale ostal mi recept na vynikaj\u00face cesto, ktor\u00e9 mi to \u0165ahan\u00e9 najviac pripom\u00edna.<br \/>\nJe ve\u013emi jednoduch\u00e9 a r\u00fdchlo sa s n\u00edm pracuje. Dok\u00e1\u017eete ho rozva\u013eka\u0165 ozaj na ten\u00fa\u010dko a po upe\u010den\u00ed je cest\u00ed\u010dko ve\u013emi chutn\u00e9. Z tejto d\u00e1vky si priprav\u00edte tri \u0161tr\u00fadle.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Na cesto budete potrebova\u0165:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>210 g hladkej m\u00faky ( \u0161peci\u00e1l, alebo aj \u0161paldov\u00e1 biela hladk\u00e1)<\/li>\n<li>140 g masla<\/li>\n<li>1 dl mlieka<\/li>\n<li>\u0161tipku soli<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><strong>Postup:<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/em>Preosejete m\u00faku, prid\u00e1te so\u013e a na k\u00fasky nakr\u00e1jan\u00e9 tuh\u00e9 maslo. Prstami spracujte maslo s m\u00fakou tak aby v\u00e1m vznikla drobenka (mal\u00e9 hrudky masla obalen\u00e9 m\u00fakou).<br \/>\nPridajte mlieko a r\u00fdchlo spracujte na hladk\u00e9 cesto. M\u00f4\u017eete ho rukou dobre vypracova\u0165. Ak by sa v\u00e1m ve\u013emi lepilo pou\u017eite e\u0161te trochu m\u00faky.<br \/>\nCesto sformujte do gu\u013eky a nechajte pod utierku odd\u00fdchnu\u0165.<br \/>\nMedzit\u00fdm si pripravte plnky pod\u013ea svojich chut\u00ed.<br \/>\nOdd\u00fdchnut\u00e9 cesto rozde\u013ete na 3 diely a ka\u017ed\u00fd rozva\u013ekajte na tenko do tvaru obd\u013a\u017enika.<br \/>\nChce to trpezlivos\u0165. Ak m\u00e1te na okrajoch hrub\u0161ie cesto ore\u017ete ho.<br \/>\nRozva\u013ekan\u00e9 cesto natrite rozpusten\u00fdm maslom a 2\/3 pokryte plnkou.<br \/>\nPlnku naneste na spodn\u00e9 2\/3\u00a0 cesta a vrchn\u00fa tretinu nechajte vo\u013en\u00fa.<br \/>\nPlnku si ned\u00e1vajte \u00faplne k okrajom, nechajte si aspo\u0148 2 cm na prelo\u017eenie.<br \/>\nZa\u010dnite st\u00e1\u010da\u0165 odspodu a prelo\u017ete aj boky.<br \/>\nOpatrne st\u00e1\u010dajte a \u0161tr\u00fad\u013eu preneste na plech s pe\u010diacim papierom tak , aby ste z\u00e1vin spojom polo\u017eili na plech.<br \/>\nNatrite ju rozpusten\u00fdm maslom a popichajte vidli\u010dkou.<br \/>\nPe\u010dte pri teplote 190\u00b0C asi 35 min\u00fat ( pod\u013ea va\u0161ej r\u00fary a zvyklost\u00ed).<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>A e\u0161te p\u00e1r tipov na plnky:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em><strong>Makov\u00e1 plnka<\/strong> <\/em>&#8211; dajte si vari\u0165 mlieko ( 2 dl) s ly\u017eicou cukru a do vriaceho nasypte mlet\u00fd mak ( 250 g) a varte na miernom ohni asi 15 &#8211; 20 min\u00fat.<br \/>\nZmes nesmie by\u0165 ve\u013emi riedka. Do uvarenej zmesi pridajte 2 &#8211; 3 polievkov\u00e9 ly\u017eice dobr\u00e9ho slivkov\u00e9ho lekv\u00e1ru a ja prid\u00e1vam aj str\u00fahan\u00fa citr\u00f3nov\u00fa k\u00f4ru.<br \/>\nPlnku nechajte vychladi\u0165. Do plnky sa hodia odk\u00f4stkovan\u00e9 vi\u0161ne.<\/li>\n<li><em><strong>Jablkov\u00e1 plnka<\/strong> <\/em>&#8211; o\u010distite jablk\u00e1, nakr\u00e1jajte ich na jemn\u00e9 pl\u00e1tky.
