Ve\u010f aj moje logo jarkapecie.sk to jasne hovor\u00ed \ud83d\ude42 M\u00e1m rada to krehk\u00e9 cesto, vo\u0148aj\u00face maslom a \u0161\u0165avnat\u00fa n\u00e1pl\u0148 ovocia, ale aj dom\u00e1ci d\u017eem \u010di lekv\u00e1r dokonale dopln\u00ed chute chrumkav\u00e9ho cest\u00ed\u010dka.<br \/>\nNa ka\u017ed\u00fd kol\u00e1\u010d existuje mno\u017estvo odsk\u00fa\u0161an\u00fdch receptov a aj ja m\u00e1m viacero receptov na mre\u017eovn\u00edk. Spracovala som cesto\u00a0v robote a n\u00e1\u0161 najlep\u0161\u00ed <em><strong>Kenwood<\/strong> <\/em>sa nedal zahanbi\u0165 a cesto bolo skvel\u00e9. Cesto je dostato\u010dne mastn\u00e9, nie je v \u0148om takmer \u017eiaden pridan\u00fd cukor a po vychladen\u00ed a odpo\u010dinku v chladni\u010dke sa s n\u00edm v\u00fdborne pracovalo. Maslo nakr\u00e1jajte na kocky a pridajte k m\u00fa\u010dnej zmesi.<br \/>\nZapnut\u00edm funkcie <em><strong>Puls<\/strong> <\/em>p\u00e1r kr\u00e1t premie\u0161ajte maslo s m\u00fakou, aby sa vytvorili \u00a0z masla mal\u00e9 hr\u00e1\u0161ky obalen\u00e9 v m\u00fake.<br \/>\nNie celkom vy\u0161\u013eaha\u0165 na\u00a0\u00a0hladko. Ja som potrebovala 5 x kr\u00e1tko stla\u010di\u0165 tla\u010didlo Puls.<br \/>\nDo studenej vody pridajte pr\u00e1\u0161ok do pe\u010diva a vaj\u00ed\u010dko a pre\u0161\u013eahajte to vidli\u010dkou.<br \/>\nZmes vylejte do misy a ve\u013emi kr\u00e1tko pre\u0161\u013eahajte v robote, aby sa zmes len spojila v cesto.<br \/>\nAk je zmes such\u00e1 tak pridajte e\u0161te jednu ly\u017eicu studenej vody, ak sa v\u00e1m zd\u00e1 lepkav\u00e1 pridajte ly\u017eicu m\u00faky. Do hor\u00faceho d\u017e\u00fasu dajte jablk\u00e1 a povarte ich 3-5 min\u00fat. Mie\u0161ajte opatrne a nenechajte jablk\u00e1 rozvari\u0165. Uvaren\u00e9 jablk\u00e1 prelo\u017ete na sito a \u0161\u0165avu si nechajte.<br \/>\nV 50 ml jablkov\u00e9ho d\u017e\u00fasu rozmie\u0161ajte vanilkov\u00fd puding , pridajte to k hor\u00facej \u0161\u0165ave a uvarte hust\u00fd puding . Ak m\u00e1te ve\u013emi kysl\u00e9 jablk\u00e1 m\u00f4\u017eete prida\u0165 trochu cukru. Hor\u00faci puding vylejte na jablk\u00e1, jemne premie\u0161ajte, aby sa hmota spojila a nechajte vychladn\u00fa\u0165.<br \/>\nTortov\u00fa formu si natrite maslom a jedno cesto vyva\u013ekajte na pe\u010diacom papier do kruhu a preneste ho do formy.<br \/>\nStiahnite papier, cesto pritla\u010dte na steny formy a nechajte na vrchnom okraji cca 1 cm.<br \/>\nDno cesta popichajte vidli\u010dkou.<br \/>\nCesto som nepredpekala, ale je to mo\u017en\u00e9.<br \/>\nNa dno som nasypala mlet\u00fd mak, m\u00f4\u017eete da\u0165 orechy, vlo\u010dky, str\u00fahanku so \u0161koricou &#8211; pod\u013ea zvyku a chut\u00ed. Na mak navrstvite jablkovo &#8211; pudingov\u00fa zmes a povrch zarovnajte.<br \/>\nDruh\u00e9 cesto si rozva\u013ekajte na tenko tie\u017e na papieri a ostr\u00fdm no\u017eom (kolieskom) nakr\u00e1jajte p\u00e1siky asi\u00a01 cm \u0161irok\u00e9.<br \/>\nP\u00e1siky ulo\u017ete na povrch plnky a poprekladajte ich ako mrie\u017eku. Okraje zarovnajte a postl\u00e1\u010dajte aby sa spojili s bokmi cesta.<br \/>\nPe\u010dte pri teplote 180\u00b0C asi 40 &#8211; 50 min\u00fat.<br \/>\nKontrolujte, aby v\u00e1m ve\u013emi nestmavla mrie\u017eka.
