V\u017edy som ho v Nemecku obdivovala a hlavne mi v\u017edy neskuto\u010dne chutil. Tento rok sme si odsko\u010dili po\u010das dovolenky v Rak\u00faskych Alp\u00e1ch na Kehlsteinhaus\u00a0&#8211; Orlie hniezdo &#8211;\u00a0v Nemecku a vo v\u00fd\u0161ke 1853 m.n.m. \u00a0som si po dlhom \u010dase vychutnala prav\u00fd nemeck\u00fd <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Gedeckter Apfelkuchen<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span><strong>\u00a0\ud83d\ude42\u00a0<\/strong>(zakryt\u00fd jablkov\u00fd kol\u00e1\u010d).<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft recept a m\u00f4\u017eete si piec\u0165 z jesennej \u00farody jab\u013ak.<br \/>\nAk nechcete kol\u00e1\u010d v tortovej forme, jednoducho si ho upe\u010dte na plechu.<br \/>\nK tomuto kol\u00e1\u010du pod\u00e1vaj\u00fa v Nemecku a Rak\u00fasku kop\u010dek \u0161\u013eaha\u010dky, alebo vanilkovej zmrzliny \ud83d\ude42<br \/>\nUpe\u010den\u00fd kol\u00e1\u010d je extraktu<\/li>\n<li>k\u00f4ru z jedn\u00e9ho bio citr\u00f3na<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 \u010dl soli<\/li>\n<li>2 vajcia<\/li>\n<li>400 g \u0161paldovej hladkej m\u00faky<\/li>\n<li>1,5 \u010dl bezfosf\u00e1tov\u00e9ho pr\u00e1\u0161ku do pe\u010diva<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><strong>Postup:<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\nV\u0161etky suroviny pripravte do jednej misy a spracujte cesto.<br \/>\nCesto je treba spracova\u0165 r\u00fdchlo, nemiesi\u0165\u00a0zbyto\u010dne dlho, lebo vo v\u00fdsledku nebude chrumkav\u00e9.<br \/>\nPripraven\u00e9 cesto rozde\u013ete na tretiny.<br \/>\nZ jednej vyva\u013ekajte\u00a0na doske kruh vo ve\u013ekosti formy (24 cm), okraje pekne ore\u017ete a prelo\u017ete ho na papier a prikryt\u00e9 dajte do chladni\u010dky.<br \/>\nZ druhej tretiny tie\u017e rozva\u013ekajte kruh a dajte ho na dno formy.<br \/>\nFormu m\u00f4\u017eete vymaza\u0165 maslom.<br \/>\nZ tretej tretiny\u00a0postupne vyva\u013ekajte p\u00e1sy a vylo\u017ete s nimi okraje Boskop, Elstar, Idared)<\/li>\n<li>350 ml jablkovej \u0161\u0165avy 100%<\/li>\n<li>50 g trstinov\u00e9ho cukru (ak s\u00fa jablk\u00e1 ve\u013emi kysl\u00e9)<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 \u010dl mletej \u0161korice<\/li>\n<li>\u0161\u0165avu z jedn\u00e9ho citr\u00f3nu<\/li>\n<li>2 \u010dl citr\u00f3novej k\u00f4ry<\/li>\n<li>1 bal\u00ed\u010dek vanilkov\u00e9ho pudingu<\/li>\n<li>50 ml jablkovej \u0161\u0165avy<\/li>\n<li>50 g hrozienok (alebo brusn\u00edc) ja som ned\u00e1vala \u017eiadne<\/li>\n<li>2 pol. ly\u017eice marhu\u013eov\u00e9ho d\u017eemu<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><strong>Postup:<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\nO\u010disten\u00e9 jablk\u00e1 nakr\u00e1jajte na tenk\u00e9 pl\u00e1tky (m\u00f4\u017eu by\u0165 aj kocky), vlo\u017ete ich do 350 ml jablkovej \u0161\u0165avy,\u00a0pridajte mlet\u00fa \u0161koricu, \u0161\u0165avu z bio citr\u00f3na a aj citr\u00f3nov\u00fa k\u00f4ru. Pod\u013ea potreby pridajte cukor, ale \u0161\u0165ava je tie\u017e sladk\u00e1.<br \/>\nZmes premie\u0161ajte, prive\u010fte k varu a varte cca 2-3 min\u00faty. Tak aby sa jablk\u00e1 nerozvarili len zm\u00e4kli.<br \/>\nUvaren\u00fa zmes\u00a0hne\u010f prece\u010fte a \u0161\u0165avu zachy\u0165te do misky.<br \/>\nV 50 ml studenej jablkovej \u0161\u0165avy rozmie\u0161ajte bal\u00ed\u010dek vanilkov\u00e9ho pudingu.<br \/>\nZachyten\u00fa \u0161\u0165avu z varenia jab\u013ak dajte znovu na spor\u00e1k a za st\u00e1leho mie\u0161ania pridajte rozmie\u0161an\u00fd pudingov\u00fd pr\u00e1\u0161ok\u00a0a uvarte hust\u00fd puding.<br \/>\nM\u00f4\u017eete prida\u0165 su\u0161en\u00e9 hrozienka. Puding prelejte na pripraven\u00e9 jablk\u00e1, jemne premie\u0161ajte\u00a0a nechajte trochu vychladn\u00fa\u0165.<br \/>\nZmesou napl\u0148te pripraven\u00fa tortov\u00fa formu, povrch jab\u013ak zarovnajte.<br \/>\nNatrite okraj cesta\u00a0na bokoch formy studenou vodou, alebo bielkom a formu zakryte kruhom cesta.
