U\u017e prv\u00fd pokus bol skvel\u00fd a chleb\u00edk chutil. Kv\u00e1sok rozmie\u0161ajte vo vla\u017enej vode \u00a0a pridajte k suchej zmesi.<br \/>\nV\u0161etko len zmie\u0161ajte, aby neostala such\u00e1 m\u00faka (nepotrebujete miesi\u0165) povrch zarovnajte, prekryte misu f\u00f3liou a nechajte 12 &#8211; 16 hod\u00edn na linke kysn\u00fa\u0165. Doba kysnutia z\u00e1vis\u00ed od teploty miestnosti.<br \/>\nPo nakysnut\u00ed cesto varechou priamo v mise poprekladajte, aby sa do cesta dostalo viac vzduchu. Cesto je red\u0161ie\u00a0a preto je lep\u0161ie robi\u0165 toto prekladanie priamo v mise a nie na doske. Poprekladan\u00e9 cesto nechajte e\u0161te\u00a015 min\u00fat oddychova\u0165.<br \/>\nFormu na chlieb vyma\u017ete maslom, alebo mas\u0165ou a prelo\u017ete do nej cesto. Zarovnajte povrch\u00a0a znovu prikryte f\u00f3liou a nechajte e\u0161te 2 hodiny nakysn\u00fa\u0165. Pe\u010dte pri teplote 220\u00b0C 30 &#8211; 35 min\u00fat.<br \/>\nPotom chlieb\u00a0vyberte z formy a nechajte ho e\u0161te 10 min\u00fat dopeka\u0165. Chlieb vylo\u017ete na mrie\u017eku a nechajte ho \u00faplne vychladi\u0165.<br \/>\nJa ho po upe\u010den\u00ed jemne postriekam vodou a po 15 min\u00fatach ho prekryjem pl\u00e1tenn\u00fdm obr\u00faskom.<br \/>\n\u00daplne vychladnut\u00fd chlieb skladujem len v \u013eanovej utierke v r\u00fare.
