Dnes je v ponuke ka\u017edej cukr\u00e1rne, kaviarne a v r\u00f4znych form\u00e1ch. Je tomu u\u017e pekn\u00fdch p\u00e1r rokov, ke\u010f som p\u00f4sobila v Nemecku, kde som z\u00edskala prv\u00fd recept na t\u00fato \u0161pecialitu. Pri ka\u017edej n\u00e1v\u0161teve cukr\u00e1rne bol mojim favoritom K\u00e4sekuchen a trochu ma mrzelo, \u017ee na\u0161im doma ve\u013emi nechutil.<br \/>\nO to rad\u0161ej ho teraz pe\u010diem a te\u0161\u00edm sa jeho rast\u00facej ob\u013eube.<\/p>\n<p>Tvarohov\u00fd kol\u00e1\u010d m\u00f4\u017eete upiec\u0165 na su\u0161ienkovom z\u00e1klade, alebo aj bez neho. Na tak\u00fd kol\u00e1\u010dik nap\u00ed\u0161em recept u\u017e \u010doskoro.<\/p>\n<p>Tento so su\u0161ienkov\u00fdm z\u00e1kladom som piekla pre Zuzku a pre v\u00e1s je tu recept:<br \/>\n<em><strong>Budete potrebova\u0165:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>200g maslov\u00fdch neplnen\u00fdch su\u0161ienok (m\u00f4\u017eu by\u0165 aj \u010dokol\u00e1dov\u00e9)<\/li>\n<li>100g masla<\/li>\n<li>500g mascarpone<\/li>\n<li>250g jemn\u00e9ho tvarohu<\/li>\n<li>200g zakysanej smotany<\/li>\n<li>4ks vajec<\/li>\n<li>2ks vaje\u010dn\u00e9ho \u017e\u013atku<\/li>\n<li>200g cukru<\/li>\n<li>vanilkov\u00fd extrakt<\/li>\n<li>4 polievkov\u00e9 ly\u017eice \u0161krobu (kukuri\u010dn\u00fd, alebo zemiakov\u00fd)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.jarkapecie.sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/CheeseCakeVisnovy-3.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-153\" src=\"http:\/\/www.jarkapecie.sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/CheeseCakeVisnovy-3.jpg\" alt=\"CheeseCakeVisnovy-3\" width=\"266\" height=\"211\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.jarkapecie.sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/CheeseCakeVisnovy-3.jpg 1010w, https:\/\/www.jarkapecie.sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/CheeseCakeVisnovy-3-595x471.jpg 595w, https:\/\/www.jarkapecie.sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/CheeseCakeVisnovy-3-960x760.jpg 960w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 266px) 100vw, 266px\" \/><\/a>Pr\u00edprava:<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\nSu\u0161ienky pome\u013ete a zmie\u0161ajte s rozpusten\u00fdm maslo. Zmesou vypl\u0148te dno tortovej formy, ktor\u00fa ste vylo\u017eili papierom na pe\u010denie. Su\u0161ienkov\u00fa zmes m\u00f4\u017eete da\u0165 aj na boky formy.<br \/>\nFormu vlo\u017ete do r\u00fary, ktor\u00fa ste vyhriali na 180\u00b0C a pe\u010dte 10 min\u00fat.<\/p>\n<p>V n\u00e1dobe zmie\u0161ajte mascarpone, jemn\u00fd tvaroh, cukor, vanilkov\u00fd extrakt a kysl\u00fa smotanu. (Nemixujte.) Po jednom prid\u00e1vajte vajcia a \u017e\u013atky. Na z\u00e1ver vmie\u0161ajte \u0161krob.<\/p>\n<p>Zmes vylejte do formy so su\u0161ienkov\u00fdm z\u00e1kladom a pe\u010dte pri teplote 180\u00b0C cca. 15 min\u00fat a potom pri teplote 140\u00b0C cca. 45-55 min\u00fat. Po upe\u010den\u00ed je kol\u00e1\u010d v strede m\u00e4kk\u00fd, nechajte ho v pootvorenej r\u00fare vychladn\u00fa\u0165.<br \/>\nNa vi\u0161\u0148ov\u00e9 \u017eel\u00e9 som pou\u017eila 450g mrazen\u00fdch vi\u0161n\u00ed, ktor\u00e9 som rozvarila s dvoma ly\u017eicami cukru. Dva pl\u00e1tky \u017eelat\u00edny som namo\u010dila do studenej vody na 10 min\u00fat a potom som ich vmie\u0161ala do hor\u00facich vi\u0161n\u00ed.
