Piec\u0165 tieto v\u00fdnimo\u010dne chutn\u00e9 kv\u00e1skov\u00e9 buchty len na Ve\u013ek\u00fa noc (ako Hot cross buns &#8211; anglick\u00e9 kysnut\u00e9 mazance) \u00a0mi pr\u00edde \u0161koda, lebo chutia neplnen\u00e9 a aj s lekv\u00e1rom s\u00fa ve\u013emi chutn\u00e9.<br \/>\nOcen\u00edte ich ako desiatu pre deti do \u0161koly, alebo na cesty. Pripravte si koreniny &#8211; nastr\u00fahan\u00fd mu\u0161k\u00e1tov\u00fd orie\u0161ok, su\u0161en\u00fd z\u00e1zvor&#8230;\u00a0pridajte pod\u013ea chuti.<br \/>\n\u017d\u013atky rozmie\u0161ajte v \u00a0mlieku ( nem\u00e1 by\u0165 studen\u00e9 z chladni\u010dky) a pridajte cel\u00fd rozkvas. Dobre premie\u0161ajte.<br \/>\nM\u00faku, so\u013e, koreniny, citr\u00f3nov\u00fa k\u00f4ru a cukor premie\u0161ajte a pridajte pripraven\u00fa tekut\u00fa zlo\u017eku. Pridajte aj maslo a za pomoci robota vypracujte\u00a0hladk\u00e9 kysnut\u00e9 cesto.<br \/>\nMiesenie v robote trv\u00e1 cca. 10 min\u00fat. Povrch cesta m\u00e1 by\u0165 pekne hladk\u00fd a leskl\u00fd a cesto je tuh\u0161ie.<br \/>\nVypracovan\u00e9 cesto vlo\u017ete do misy, ktor\u00fa ste jemne potreli olejom, prikryte ho a nechajte kysn\u00fa\u0165. U m\u0148a t\u00e1to f\u00e1za trvala 4 hodiny.\u00a0Cesto zv\u00e4\u010d\u0161ilo svoj objem takmer 2,5 x.<br \/>\nTakto vykysnut\u00e9 cesto vyberte na pracovn\u00fa dosku.<br \/>\nVytvarujte val\u010dek a nakr\u00e1jajte na 20 &#8211; 24 \u00a0k\u00faskov po cca 50 g.<br \/>\nZ ka\u017ed\u00e9ho k\u00faska vytvarujte gu\u013e\u00f4\u010dku a nechajte p\u00e1r min\u00fat odd\u00fdchnu\u0165. Pripraven\u00fa gu\u013e\u00f4\u010dky prstami vytvarujte do placky, do stredu dajte ly\u017ei\u010dku hust\u00e9ho slivkov\u00e9ho lekv\u00e1ru a kraje pevne uzatvorte. Pripraven\u00e9 plnen\u00e9 buchti\u010dky vkladajte do pek\u00e1\u010dika, \u00a0ktor\u00fd ste si\u00a0dobre vymazali maslom. Nechajte medzi jednotliv\u00fdmi k\u00faskami trochu priestor.
