In\u0161pirovala som sa v nemeckom \u010dasopise <a href=\"http:\/\/www.lecker.de\">lecker.de<\/a>, M\u00e1m rada letn\u00e9 ovocn\u00e9 kol\u00e1\u010de, v ktor\u00fdch je minimum tuku a cesta a m\u00f4\u017eem ma\u0165 riadnu d\u00e1vku ovocia a k tomu bu\u010f snehov\u00fa prikr\u00fdvku, alebo kysl\u00fa svie\u017eu smotanu.<br \/>\nKol\u00e1\u010d nie je zlo\u017eit\u00fd na pr\u00edpravu, n\u00e1jdite ochotn\u00edka na vyk\u00f4stkovanie vi\u0161n\u00ed (\u010dere\u0161n\u00ed) a ostatn\u00e9 pr\u00e1ce s\u00fa r\u00fdchle. Nemieste ho dlho, aby sa po upe\u010den\u00ed nedrobilo.<br \/>\nZaba\u013ete ho do f\u00f3lie a odlo\u017ete do chladni\u010dky.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Ovocn\u00e1 n\u00e1pl\u0148:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>cca. 400 g vi\u0161n\u00ed ( \u010dere\u0161n\u00ed) &#8211; vyk\u00f4stkovan\u00fdch<\/li>\n<li>1 vanilkov\u00fd puding<\/li>\n<li>300 ml \u010dere\u0161\u0148ov\u00e9ho nekt\u00e1ru<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><strong>Snehov\u00e1 perina:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3 men\u0161ie bielky ( cca 80-90 g)<\/li>\n<li>130 g mlet\u00e9ho trstinov\u00e9ho cukru ( alebo aj bieleho)<\/li>\n<li>1 \u010dl bezfosf\u00e1tov\u00e9ho pr\u00e1\u0161ku do pe\u010diva<\/li>\n<li>k\u00f4ra z jednej limetky<\/li>\n<li>2 PL limetkovej \u0161\u013eavy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><strong>Postup:<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\nKrehk\u00e9 cesto vyva\u013ekajte a vylo\u017ete n\u00edm formu na pe\u010denie. Dno prepichajte vidli\u010dkou, alebo prikryte pe\u010diacim papierom a nasypte na\u0148 fazu\u013eu na pe\u010denie, aby sa dno rovno upieklo. Fazule s papierom po upe\u010den\u00ed odstr\u00e1\u0148te.<br \/>\nKorpus pe\u010dte pri teplote 175\u00b0C cca. 30 min\u00fat.<br \/>\nPo\u010das pe\u010denia korpusu dajte do hrnca vari\u0165 2 dl ovocn\u00e9ho nekt\u00e1ru a vo zvy\u0161ku rozmie\u0161ajte pudingov\u00fd pr\u00e1\u0161ok. Ja som mala sladk\u00fd nekt\u00e1r, tak som u\u017e nepou\u017eila cukor. Do vriaceho nekt\u00e1ru vlejte pripraven\u00fd pudingov\u00fd pr\u00e1\u0161ok a varte cca 1 min\u00fatu. Odlo\u017ete zo spor\u00e1ku a nechajte 3 min\u00faty vychladi\u0165. Do pudingu vmie\u0161ajte vyk\u00f4stkovan\u00e9 ovocie.<br \/>\nVyberte upe\u010den\u00fd korpus z r\u00fary.<br \/>\nPripravte si vaje\u010dn\u00e9 bielky do \u0161\u013eaha\u010da. Cukor zmie\u0161ajte s pr\u00e1\u0161kom do pe\u010diva a postupne ho za\u0161\u013eah\u00e1vajte do bielkov. Ke\u010f je pena hust\u00e1 pridajte na jemno str\u00fahan\u00fa limetkov\u00fa k\u00f4ru a dve ly\u017eice limetkovej \u0161\u0165avy.<br \/>\nNa upe\u010den\u00fd korpus dajte pudingov\u00fa ovocn\u00fa zmes, povrch zarovnajte a ovocie prekryte vrstvou limetkov\u00e9ho snehu. Pri okrajoch nechajte asi centimetrov\u00fd odstup.<br \/>\nVlo\u017ete kol\u00e1\u010d e\u0161te zapiec\u0165 do r\u00fary na cca 12-15 min\u00fat.
