{"id":1266,"date":"2017-05-31T17:06:33","date_gmt":"2017-05-31T15:06:33","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.jarkapecie.sk\/?p=1266"},"modified":"2021-01-06T13:13:07","modified_gmt":"2021-01-06T11:13:07","slug":"malinovy-tvaroznik-cheesecake","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.jarkapecie.sk\/?p=1266","title":{"rendered":"Malinov\u00fd cheesecake"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\u010casopis Dobr\u00e9 jedlo si rada pre\u010d\u00edtam, je pln\u00fd dobr\u00fdch jednoduch\u00fdch receptov a r\u00e1d, pre m\u0148a je uverite\u013en\u00fd\u00a0a jeho grafika je ve\u013emi p\u00fatav\u00e1 \ud83d\ude42<br \/>\nV ka\u017edom \u010d\u00edsle je tzv. <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>V\u00fdzva<\/strong><\/span>, kde treba pod\u013ea predlohy upiec\u0165 tortu\u00a0a zasla\u0165 fotku svojho v\u00fdtvoru do redakcie na pos\u00fadenie ako sa vydaril.<br \/>\nV j\u00fanovom \u010d\u00edsle som videla\u00a0v\u00fdzvu na malinov\u00fd tvaro\u017en\u00edk a okam\u017eite som sa rozhodla \ud83d\ude42<br \/>\nTvaro\u017en\u00edk je nie\u010do, \u010do mi u\u010darovalo v Nemecku a Rak\u00fasku a tam som aj p\u00e1trala po tom, ako ho upiec\u0165, aby\u00a0sa tvarohov\u00e1 hmota nevysu\u0161ila, aby sa v strede cel\u00e1 &#8222;neprepadla&#8220;, aby nepopraskal a hlavne mus\u00ed n\u00e1pl\u0148\u00a0osta\u0165 jemn\u00e1 tvarohovo &#8211; smotanov\u00e1.<br \/>\nChrumkav\u00e9 cesto je skvel\u00fdm doplnkom k jemnej tvarohovej n\u00e1plni\u00a0a \u00faprimne ned\u00e1 sa porovna\u0165 so zmesou keks\u00edkov a masla, ako je to zau\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9 v americk\u00fdch cheesecakoch.<br \/>\nSp\u00f4sobov na pr\u00edpravu tvaro\u017en\u00edka je viac, ja som teraz na 70% kop\u00edrovala dan\u00e9 zadanie z \u010dasopisu a t\u00fdch\u00a0ostatn\u00fdch 30% tvorili moje sk\u00fasenosti z praxe.<br \/>\nPresn\u00fd recept n\u00e1jdete v \u010dasopise Dobr\u00e9 jedlo J\u00fan\/2017 \u00a0a ja v\u00e1m nap\u00ed\u0161em m\u00f4j recept a postup, ktor\u00fd je len trochu odli\u0161n\u00fd.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Na cesto budete potrebova\u0165:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>250 g \u0161paldovej hladkej m\u00faky<\/li>\n<li>125 g studen\u00e9ho masla<\/li>\n<li>90 g mlet\u00e9ho trstinov\u00e9ho cukru<\/li>\n<li>\u0161tipku soli<\/li>\n<li>str\u00fahan\u00fa k\u00f4ru z jedn\u00e9ho bio citr\u00f3na<\/li>\n<li>2 \u017e\u013atky<\/li>\n<li>1-2 PL studen\u00e9ho mlieka<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><strong>Postup:<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\nDo preosiatej m\u00faky \u00a0pridajte so\u013e, trstinov\u00fd cukor a pokr\u00e1jan\u00e9 studen\u00e9 maslo. Spracujte cesto ako na drobenku,\u00a0pridajte \u017e\u013atky, citr\u00f3nov\u00fa k\u00f4ru a ly\u017eicu mlieka. Spracujte kompaktn\u00e9 cesto. Zlat\u00fd klas)<\/li>\n<li>2 vajcia<\/li>\n<li>150 ml mlieka<\/li>\n<li>k\u00f4ra z jednej limetky a aj \u0161\u0165ava\n<p><em><strong>Pozn\u00e1mka:<\/strong><\/em> Pre bezlakt\u00f3zov\u00fa verziu pou\u017eite produkty bez lakt\u00f3zy &#8211; tvaroh, mascarpone alebo lu\u010dina bez lakt\u00f3zy, mlieko bez lakt\u00f3zy \u00a0(mo\u017eno sa trochu hor\u0161ie zh\u00e1\u0148aj\u00fa v mal\u00fdch mest\u00e1ch, ale pote\u0161\u00edte t\u00fdch, ktor\u00edm lakt\u00f3za sp\u00f4sobuje probl\u00e9my &#8211; ak nezo\u017eeniete bezlak\u00f3zov\u00e9\u00a0maslo v tomto pr\u00edpade pou\u017eite do cesta Alsan a do n\u00e1plne m\u00f4\u017eete pou\u017ei\u0165 ghee)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><strong>Postup:<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\nPr\u00edprava n\u00e1plne je jednoduch\u00e1. Maslo na miernej teplote roztopte a nechajte vychladi\u0165. Do misy dajte tvaroh,\u00a0n\u00e1tierku, cukor a vanilkov\u00fd extrakt.<br \/>\nDobre premie\u0161ajte, ale ne\u0161\u013eahajte. Pridajte cel\u00e9 vajcia, str\u00fahan\u00fa k\u00f4ru z limetky\u00a0a aj \u0161\u0165avu z polovice limetky (m\u00f4\u017eete vynecha\u0165).<br \/>\nV mlieku rozmie\u0161ajte d\u00f4kladne \u0161krob, pridajte k zmesi a na z\u00e1ver\u00a0vmie\u0161ajte pripraven\u00e9 maslo.<br \/>\nV\u0161etko d\u00f4kladne premie\u0161ajte.<br \/>\n<em><strong>Ak by ste kr\u00e9m \u0161\u013eahali, dostane sa do neho ve\u013ea vzduchu a kr\u00e9m v\u00e1m bude praska\u0165 a po pe\u010den\u00ed padne.<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\nR\u00faru zohrejte na 160\u00b0C. Tento kol\u00e1\u010d pe\u010diem na horn\u00fd a doln\u00fd ohrev.<br \/>\nDo pripravenej formy na dno nasypte mlet\u00e9 mandle, alebo orechy (m\u00f4\u017eete vynecha\u0165). Ja som e\u0161te na dno poukladala\u00a0maliny.<br \/>\nNalejte n\u00e1pl\u0148 do formy, mierne s \u0148ou klepnite o pracovn\u00fa dosku, aby neostali vzduchov\u00e9 bubliny\u00a0a pe\u010dte cca. 60 min\u00fat.<br \/>\n<em><strong>M\u00f4j tip:<\/strong><\/em> po cca. 30 min\u00fatach pe\u010denia ostr\u00fdm no\u017eom nare\u017ete po obvode (medzi cestom a n\u00e1pl\u0148ou) cel\u00fa tortu.<br \/>\nZamedz\u00edte t\u00fdm prasknutiu tortovej n\u00e1plne. Takto narezan\u00e1 torta sa nadvihne, ale pri chladen\u00ed sa znovu &#8222;usad\u00ed&#8220;\u00a0a nebude popraskan\u00e1.<br \/>\nPo upe\u010den\u00ed je torta e\u0161te v strede &#8222;tras\u013eav\u00e1&#8220;, vypnite r\u00faru a pootvorte na k\u00fasok dvierka a nechajte tvaro\u017en\u00edk pomaly\u00a0chladi\u0165.<br \/>\nTento kol\u00e1\u010d potrebuje \u00faplne vychladnutie, \u010do je cca 5-6 hod\u00edn.
