Mala som bal\u00ed\u010dek marcip\u00e1nu \u00a0v chladni\u010dke a recept v nemeckom \u010dasopise rozhodol. Na celozrnnej \u0161paldovej verzii ma bav\u00ed to,\u00a0\u017ee cesto je kr\u00e1sne chrumkav\u00e9 a m\u00e1 svoju chu\u0165 aj bez pou\u017eitia orie\u0161kov.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Na cesto budete potrebova\u0165:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>250 g celozrnnej \u0161paldovej m\u00faky<\/li>\n<li>150 g studen\u00e9ho masla<\/li>\n<li>100 g trstinov\u00e9ho cukru<\/li>\n<li>\u0161tipku soli<\/li>\n<li>1 cel\u00e9 vajce<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><strong>Na n\u00e1pl\u0148 si pripravte:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>125 &#8211; 150 g marcip\u00e1nu<\/li>\n<li>5 \u010dl citr\u00f3novej \u0161\u0165avy<\/li>\n<li>1 PL pr\u00e1\u0161kov\u00e9ho cukru<\/li>\n<li>6-8 stoniek o\u010distenej rebarbory<\/li>\n<li>3 polievkov\u00e9 ly\u017eice trstinov\u00e9ho cukru<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><strong>Postup:<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\nM\u00faku zmie\u0161ajte so so\u013eou a cukrom a pridajte pokr\u00e1jan\u00e9 studen\u00e9 maslo. Prstami vyrobte drobenku, tak aby ste maslo zapracovali do m\u00fa\u010dnej zmesi.<br \/>\nVajce v miske premie\u0161ajte vidli\u010dkou a pridajte ho k drobenke. R\u00fdchlo spracujte kompaktn\u00e9 cesto. Ak by sa v\u00e1m st\u00e1le drobilo pridajte ly\u017eicu \u013eadovej vody.<br \/>\nCesto sformujte a zaba\u013ete do f\u00f3lie. Nechajte ho minim\u00e1lne 30 min\u00fat chladi\u0165.<br \/>\nCesto si m\u00f4\u017eete pripravi\u0165 aj de\u0148 sk\u00f4r, ale pred pou\u017eit\u00edm ho aspo\u0148 hodinu\u00a0vyberte z chladni\u010dky, aby povolilo. Tak\u00e9to cesto sa d\u00e1 aj zamrazi\u0165.<br \/>\n<em><strong>Pr\u00edprava marcip\u00e1nu:<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\nMarcip\u00e1n nakr\u00e1jajte na k\u00fasky, pridajte citr\u00f3nov\u00fa \u0161\u0165avu a pr\u00e1\u0161kov\u00fd cukor a prstami spracujte do kompaktnej hmoty.<br \/>\nCesto vyberte z chladu. Rozde\u013ete si ho \u00a0a do namasten\u00fdch formi\u010diek vtl\u00e1\u010dajte jednotliv\u00e9 porcie.
