Farba a chu\u0165 tejto tekvice je nenahradite\u013en\u00e1 na tanieri a \u017ee je oran\u017eov\u00e1 farbi\u010dka pre na\u0161e zdravie ve\u013emi d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e1, o tom si pre\u010d\u00edtate <a href=\"http:\/\/akosiuvaritzdravie.sk\/?p=1737\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">tu<\/a>.<br \/>\nDnes som si v\u0161imla recept na blogu <a href=\"http:\/\/foodlovin.de\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Foodlovin.de<\/a> mojej ob\u013e\u00fabenej <em><strong>blogerky Denise Ren\u00e9<\/strong><strong>e<\/strong><\/em> kombin\u00e1ciu, ktorej som neodolala. Sk\u00fa\u0161a sa nov\u00fd kol\u00e1\u010dik a u\u017e je aj na svete.<br \/>\nTento takzvan\u00fd &#8222;trhan\u00fd&#8220; rusk\u00fd kol\u00e1\u010d pozn\u00e1m v inej verzii, ale \u00faprimne, toto ju prekonalo.\u00a0Kol\u00e1\u010dik je tradi\u010dn\u00fd, z celozrnnej \u0161paldovej m\u00faky, s prav\u00fdm tvarohom, maslom a vaj\u00ed\u010dkami.<br \/>\nPri pr\u00edprave tradi\u010dn\u00fdch kol\u00e1\u010dov sa sna\u017e\u00edm od\u013eah\u010di\u0165 v sladkosti a tu\u010dnote, teda rada pou\u017eijem odtu\u010dnen\u00fd tvaroh, menej cukru, aj ke\u010f pou\u017e\u00edvam trstinov\u00fd a aj d\u00e1vku masla zni\u017eujem. V\u017edy sa min\u00fa pri k\u00e1vi\u010dke \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Pr\u00edprava n\u00e1plne:<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\nTekvicu Hokkaido (alebo maslov\u00fa, mu\u0161k\u00e1tov\u00fa) naparte do m\u00e4kka a e\u0161te tepl\u00fa rozmixujte.\u00a0Tvaroh a cukor roz\u0161\u013eahajte, pridajte vanilkov\u00fd extrakt, \u0161tipku soli \u00a0a po jednom \u00a0prid\u00e1vajte cel\u00e9 vajcia. Potom pridajte do zmesi \u0161\u0165avu a k\u00f4ru z pomaran\u010da a roztopen\u00e9 mierne vychladen\u00e9 maslo.<br \/>\nPridajte mlet\u00fa \u0161koricu, mlet\u00fd su\u0161en\u00fd z\u00e1zvor a nastr\u00fahajte mu\u0161k\u00e1tov\u00fd orie\u0161ok.<br \/>\nZ odd\u00fdchnut\u00e9ho \u00a0cesta si odde\u013ete cca 1\/5 a ostatn\u00e9 rozva\u013ekajte a vlo\u017ete do tortovej formy, ktor\u00fa ste vylo\u017eili papierom na pe\u010denie. Okraj m\u00e1 by\u0165 aspo\u0148 4-5 cm. Cesto popichajte vidli\u010dkou. Pripraven\u00fa tvarohov\u00fa zmes vlejte do formy, zarovnajte ju a na povrch natrhajte k\u00fasky cesta a rozlo\u017ete ich. Pe\u010dte pri 170 C cca 45 min\u00fat.
