A pr\u00edle\u017eitos\u0165 na dobr\u00fd kol\u00e1\u010d je v\u017edy \ud83d\ude42<br \/>\nPripravovala som ho v bezlepkovej verzii, pou\u017eila som chutn\u00e9 keksy z DM bez lepku a palmov\u00e9ho tuku.<br \/>\nDo tvarohovej n\u00e1plne sta\u010d\u00ed pou\u017ei\u0165 kvalitn\u00fd \u010derstv\u00fd syr a nahradi\u0165 m\u00faku kr\u00e9mov\u00fdm pr\u00e1\u0161kom.<br \/>\nOvocn\u00e1 zlo\u017eka sa d\u00e1 pripravi\u0165 pod\u013ea sez\u00f3ny &#8211; rebarbora je u\u017e tu\u00a0&#8211; ale aj karamelov\u00e1 poleva je chutn\u00e1,\u00a0aj ke\u010f trochu viac kalorick\u00e1.<br \/>\nPri pr\u00edprave nie je ni\u010d zlo\u017eit\u00e9, je d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 dodr\u017ea\u0165 pomal\u00e9 pe\u010denie (minim\u00e1lne hodinu) a e\u0161te pomal\u0161ie trpezliv\u00e9\u00a0chladnutie, pri otvoren\u00fdch dvierkach r\u00fary. V\u00fdsledok je\u00a0v\u00fdborn\u00fd a odmen\u00edte sa lahodnou chu\u0165ou\u00a0jednoduch\u00e9ho kol\u00e1\u010dika.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Budete potrebova\u0165: ( pre formu 24-26 cm)<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong> Korpus:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>250 g \u010dokol\u00e1dov\u00fdch poh\u00e1nkov\u00fdch keksov ( k\u00fapite ich napr\u00edklad v DM drog\u00e9rii alebo v zdravej v\u00fd\u017eive)<\/li>\n<li>80 g masla<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>N\u00e1pl\u0148:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>250 g netu\u010dn\u00e9ho tvarohu<\/li>\n<li>200 g b\u00e1noveckej n\u00e1tierky (neochutenej)<\/li>\n<li>250 g \u010derstv\u00e9ho syra ( mascarpone, Philadelphia)<\/li>\n<li>150 g poch\u00fa\u0165kovej smotany<\/li>\n<li>4 vajcia<\/li>\n<li>100 g trstinov\u00e9ho cukru<\/li>\n<li>40 g kr\u00e9mov\u00e9ho pr\u00e1\u0161ku (alebo maizeny, solamylu)<\/li>\n<li>1 \u010dl vanilkov\u00e9ho extraktu<\/li>\n<li>k\u00f4ra z jedn\u00e9ho citr\u00f3nu<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Ovocn\u00e1 poleva:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>500 g jah\u00f4d ( \u010derstv\u00e9 alebo aj mrazen\u00e9)<\/li>\n<li>3 PL chia semienok<\/li>\n<li>3 PL trstinov\u00e9ho cukru<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em><strong>Pr\u00edprava:<\/strong><\/em><\/span><br \/>\nDno tortovej formy vylo\u017ete papierom na pe\u010denie.<br \/>\nPre korpus rozpustite maslo a nechajte ho vychladi\u0165. V mix\u00e9ri rozmixujte keksy . Pridajte maslo ku keksom a premie\u0161ajte.<br \/>\nZmes presypte do tortovej formy a ly\u017eicou dobre \u00a0utla\u010dte po celom dne. Pe\u010dte pri teplote 190\u00b0C 12 min\u00fat. Nechajte vychladi\u0165.<br \/>\nTvaroh, mascarpone a b\u00e1novecku n\u00e1tierku a smotanu vlo\u017ete do misy robota, pridajte str\u00fahan\u00fa citr\u00f3nov\u00fa k\u00f4ru, cukor, vanilkov\u00fd extrakt.<br \/>\nV\u0161etko \u0161\u013eahajte 2-3 min\u00faty. Kr\u00e9mov\u00fd pr\u00e1\u0161ok rozmie\u0161ajte v minim\u00e1lnom mno\u017estve mlieka (vody) a pridajte k smotanovej zmesi\u00a0a premie\u0161ajte.<br \/>\nPostupne prid\u00e1vajte vajcia po jednom \u00a0a ka\u017ed\u00e9 v\u017edy d\u00f4kladne zapracujte. Pripraven\u00fa smotanov\u00fa zmes prelejte\u00a0na upe\u010den\u00fd korpus, urovnajte povrch . Tortov\u00fa formu polo\u017ete na plech na pe\u010denie ( niekedy vyte\u010die trochu tuku po\u010das pe\u010denia)\u00a0a pe\u010dte pri teplote 165\u00b0C cca 60 &#8211; 65 min\u00fat.<br \/>\nCheesecake je upe\u010den\u00fd ke\u010f je po obvode pevn\u00fd a stred sa trochu trasie.<br \/>\nNechajte ho\u00a0v pootvorenej r\u00fare \u00faplne vychladn\u00fa\u0165 (nech\u00e1vam cez noc).<br \/>\nNiekedy sa stane, \u017ee korpus pri chladnut\u00ed pukne, ale to nie je z\u00e1vada. \ud83d\ude42<br \/>\nPribli\u017ene po hodine chladenia ostr\u00fdm no\u017eom opatrne uvo\u013enite okraje formy, ale formu neotv\u00e1rajte.<br \/>\nJahody umyte, o\u010distite a spolu s cukrom ich rozvarte. Pridajte do nich 3 polievkov\u00e9 ly\u017eice chia semienok , premie\u0161ajte a nechajte\u00a0vychladi\u0165.<br \/>\nSemienka nabobtnaj\u00fa.
