Pridajte aj maslo a za pomoci robota vypracujte\u00a0hladk\u00e9 kysnut\u00e9 cesto.<br \/>\nMiesenie v robote trv\u00e1 cca. 10 min\u00fat. Povrch cesta m\u00e1 by\u0165 pekne hladk\u00fd a leskl\u00fd a cesto je tuh\u0161ie.<br \/>\nVypracovan\u00e9 cesto vlo\u017ete do misy, ktor\u00fa ste jemne potreli olejom, prikryte ho a nechajte kysn\u00fa\u0165. U m\u0148a t\u00e1to f\u00e1za trvala 4 hodiny.\u00a0Cesto zv\u00e4\u010d\u0161ilo svoj objem takmer 2,5 x.<br \/>\nTakto vykysnut\u00e9 cesto vyberte na pracovn\u00fa dosku a zapracujte do neho namo\u010den\u00e9 su\u0161en\u00e9 ovocie.<br \/>\nVytvarujte val\u010dek a nakr\u00e1jajte na 12 k\u00faskov po cca 100 g. . Ka\u017ed\u00fd k\u00fasok vytvarujte gu\u013e\u00f4\u010dku a vkladajte ich do pek\u00e1\u010dika, ktor\u00fd ste si\u00a0dobre vymazali maslom. Nechajte medzi jednotliv\u00fdmi k\u00faskami trochu priestor. Boky jednotliv\u00fdch buchti\u010diek m\u00f4\u017eete jemne potrie\u0165 maslom.<br \/>\nPek\u00e1\u010dik prikryte f\u00f3liou a nechajte kysn\u00fa\u0165 cca 3 &#8211; 4 hodiny.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Pripravte si cest\u00ed\u010dko na vytvorenie kr\u00ed\u017eov:<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\nZmie\u0161ajte 4 polievkov\u00e9 ly\u017eice hladkej \u0161paldovej m\u00faky s vodou a trochou oleja, tak aby v\u00e1m vzniklo hustej\u0161ie cest\u00ed\u010dko. Napl\u0148te n\u00edm mikrot\u00e9nov\u00fd s\u00e1\u010dok\u00a0urobte mal\u00fd otvor a nastriekajte cest\u00ed\u010dko na mazance do tvaru kr\u00ed\u017ea.<\/p>\n<p>Pe\u010dte pri teplote 200\u00b0C pribli\u017ene 30 &#8211; 35 min\u00fat.<br \/>\nMazance (hot cross buns) natrite hne\u010f po upe\u010den\u00ed hor\u00facim marhu\u013eov\u00fdm d\u017eemom, alebo medom.
