{"id":1113,"date":"2017-04-12T20:10:25","date_gmt":"2017-04-12T18:10:25","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.jarkapecie.sk\/?p=1113"},"modified":"2021-03-13T12:38:03","modified_gmt":"2021-03-13T10:38:03","slug":"mrkvova-rolada-aj-bez-lepku","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.jarkapecie.sk\/?p=1113","title":{"rendered":"Mrkvov\u00e1 rol\u00e1da &#8211; aj bez lepku"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Mrkvov\u00e9 z\u00e1kusky a torty s\u00fa tie\u017e s\u00fa\u010das\u0165ou ve\u013ekono\u010dn\u00e9ho pe\u010denia, tak som si aj ja spestrila pe\u010denie s lahodnou \u0161\u0165avnatou mrkvi\u010dkou.<br \/>\nRada pe\u010diem rol\u00e1dy a pri v\u00fdbere tohto receptu som si uvedomila, \u017ee som tu e\u0161te \u017eiadnu rol\u00e1du nedala a tak to isto naprav\u00edm.<br \/>\nRol\u00e1dy s\u00fa jednoduch\u00e9 na pr\u00edpravu a d\u00e1vaj\u00fa mno\u017estvo mo\u017enost\u00ed na zmenu n\u00e1plne a dekor\u00e1cie. Kr\u00e9m pripravujem zvy\u010dajne \u013eahk\u00fd na b\u00e1ze tvarohu,\u00a0mascarpone a kyslej smotany. Dobre dr\u017e\u00ed a d\u00e1 sa kombinova\u0165 s r\u00f4znym ovoc\u00edm.<br \/>\nT\u00e1to rol\u00e1da je pripraven\u00e1 so \u0161paldovou hladkou m\u00fakou, ale m\u00f4\u017eete ju nahradi\u0165 zmesou poh\u00e1nkovej a ry\u017eovej m\u00faky a priprav\u00edte si tak\u00a0bezlepkov\u00fa verziu.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Budete potrebova\u0165:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3 vajcia<\/li>\n<li>150 g trstinov\u00e9ho cukru<\/li>\n<li>2 polievkov\u00e9 ly\u017eice neutr\u00e1lneho oleja ( dala som kvalitn\u00fd slne\u010dnicov\u00fd)<\/li>\n<li>1 \u010dajov\u00e1 ly\u017ei\u010dka vanilkov\u00e9ho extraktu<\/li>\n<li>100 g \u0161paldovej hladkej m\u00faky ( resp. 50 g poh\u00e1nkovej a 50 g ry\u017eovej m\u00faky)<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 \u010dajovej ly\u017ei\u010dky soli<\/li>\n<li>1 \u010dajov\u00e1 ly\u017ei\u010dka pr\u00e1\u0161ku do pe\u010diva<\/li>\n<li>\u0161tipku mlet\u00e9ho z\u00e1zvoru, mlet\u00e9ho mu\u0161k\u00e1tov\u00e9ho orie\u0161ka a mletej \u0161korice<\/li>\n<li>k\u00f4ra z jedn\u00e9ho bio citr\u00f3na<\/li>\n<li>2 stredne ve\u013ek\u00e9 mrkvy ( cca 140 g jemne str\u00fahanej mrkvy)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><strong>Postup:<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\nNahrejte si r\u00faru na 175\u00b0C a na plech dajte papier na pe\u010denie.<br \/>\nV mise zmie\u0161ajte m\u00faku, so\u013e, koreniny, pr\u00e1\u0161ok do pe\u010diva a citr\u00f3nov\u00fa k\u00f4ru. Postr\u00fahajte si na jemno mrkvu.<br \/>\nVy\u0161\u013eahajte spolu cel\u00e9 vajcia, trstinov\u00fd cukor a vanilkov\u00fd extrakt do hustej bled\u0161ej peny, pridajte olej a e\u0161te chv\u00ed\u013eu \u0161\u013eahajte.<br \/>\nVarechou vmie\u0161ajte nastr\u00fahan\u00fa mrkvu a na z\u00e1ver pridajte such\u00fa zmes a dobre ju do cesta zapracujte.<br \/>\nCesto rozotrite na papier na pe\u010denie a pe\u010dte 12 &#8211; 15 min\u00fat (bez ventil\u00e1tora).<br \/>\nPripravte si kuchynsk\u00fa utierku a trochu ju posypte pr\u00e1\u0161kov\u00fdm cukrom.<br \/>\nUpe\u010den\u00fa rol\u00e1du hne\u010f polo\u017ete na pocukrovan\u00fa\u00a0utierku papierom nahor a ten opatrne stiahnite.<br \/>\nPomocou utierky tepl\u00fa rol\u00e1du zato\u010dte a nechajte ju takto vychladn\u00fa\u0165.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Kr\u00e9m:<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\nVymie\u0161ajte v miske 250 g mascarpone ( alebo in\u00fd \u010derstv\u00fd syr bez pr\u00edchute), pridajte 150 g jemn\u00e9ho tvarohu, 2 ly\u017eice medu\u00a0( alebo cukru) a trochu kyslej smotany.
